Beloved Ones: 

As the designer or manufacturer has at his fingertips sources of material and ways and means of blending those materials into a definite pattern, so does the individual who is to become co-creator with God in the expanse of his Kingdom have first to be trained and become aware of those Powers and Forces by which the Design of the Father-Mother God may become form. 

The individual must be aware of and conscious of the God Force, faculties of and the activities that are within Life before he can make conscious demand by the authority of his own "I AM" Presence upon the Cosmic Law, for the use of those faculties, gifts and powers to mold out of the Universal Light Substance form in accord with the Divine Plan. 

It is this training that is undertaken by the Ascended Masters devoted to the establishment of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, through chelas like yourselves whose motive and desire are sincere, but whose capacities require development and refinement in order to become outposts for God expression. 

Through your association with the Spiritual Hierarchy you have been brought to a place of perception and awareness of the Powers within the Sacred Fire and the creative principles of thought and feeling. 

Let us say that you are now serving an apprenticeship wherein you are developing the capacity to tune into and wield those Powers, not by chance, but by indisputable scientific law... and this training is and always has been, from the beginning of time, the most strenuous for the chela. It should be, however, a time of great hope for at the successful completion of such apprenticeship, individual mastery is assured, and in a far greater sense the value of the chela in the service of the Hierarchy becomes a thousand fold more than that of the most earnest heart yet unable to enter into the Realms of Creative Thought and Feeling and, from the design of the Master Presence within, create form.
