Belov ed Ones: 

In last week's Release I spoke to you of our Library at Ceylon and in order to draw you closer to this Focus, I present the following to you.. 

Within the Heart of this Retreat which has been established and sustained during the time that four Beings have held my present Office is the Flame of the Holy Spirit for the Planet Earth and for her people. 

From the Heart of the Sun at the inception of humanity's journey upon the physical structure of the Earth plane came the first Representative of the Holy Spirit... and through his Body was focused the initial impulse of that Flame, which is the true nature of the completed and matured God-Being. 

It contains within itself every shading of Love and the progress of a humanity could not be insured of an ultimate victorious spiritual accomplishment, unless some place within the theatre of their evolutionary experience a Focus of the Spiritual Nature was established and sustained... so that no matter how low the consciousness fell, there did remain an impetus toward Christ awakening and development. 

There is no planet in any chain that ever secures the right to become host to an evolving race that has not this Spiritual Flaming Substance established, either before or co-existent with the entrance of the race upon the planet. Just as there is no heart born that does not have the Flame within which is a Spark of the Spiritual Divinity - the hope of salvation. 

You can well see then the antiquity of this Focus of Light as the Chalice which feeds, or the Spiritual Impetus of every member of the human race who aspires Godward and in any endeavor serves the constructive, upward, forward movement of the whole evolutionary scheme. 

It is my privilege at present to guard this Chalice, and as the great numbers of mankind drink from its brim, they will be imbued with a new thirst for Spiritual Understanding which will grow more intense and demand of the Cosmic Law the release which is their salvation, so earnestly call that every lifestream carnate and discarnate belonging to our Universe may have that within himself which will bring him consciously or unconsciously into this Radiance that they may receive the great benefit and blessing of this Spiritual Impetus.
