Beloved Chelas: 

The brain structure provides an instrument by which the Holy Christ Self can interpret its ideas through a physical organism in the Third Dimensional Plane. When the Christ Self projects its beautiful thoughts, plans, visions and ideas to the outer and intellectual consciousness, there is really born the heart-center of physical manifestation - for without the idea no form has ever come into being. Every physical object in the Universe was thought into being, and some individualized focus incarnate coupled the energy of his lifestream to the thought to bring manifestation forth. 

When such perfect and beautiful ideas are presented to the consciousness, if you would visualize that exquisite energy from the Heart of the Presence flowing through the four lower vehicles, and in harmony coalescing the substance of the emotional, mental, etheric and physical atoms around that idea to bring manifestation forth, you would find that many seemingly impossible visions of perfection could be made form. 

An inventor clothes his invention in the substance of his own etheric body where it becomes an etheric form, and the etheric substance, like a cloak enfolds the Divine Idea, which is Pure Fire... and then the mental substance of his mental body enfolds that idea as he passes over and over in his mind the process of bringing that idea to a practical fruition. 

As he plays upon the thought, his feelings and enthusiasm pour the substance of his own emotional nature into the idea and it is clothed with the substance of his own emotional body... his emotional body presses the idea closer and closer into the form. Then by taking the energies of his physical body - either in drawing blueprints upon paper or using hammer and nails and wood, the physical atoms of his own physical body flow into that and bring manifestation. 

Thus you will see that not only all ideas for good come through the individual consciousness but the contributory atoms of the inner bodies of the lifestream responsible for such a contribution to mankind's good make up its very essence and nature. 

Here you have in a word an Open Door to the Powers of Precipitation that are within your own life.
