Beloved Ones: 

The four lower bodies live on a percentage of life allotted to them by the individual's own "I AM" Presence. They use that Light according to the habits they have established through the centuries and each of those bodies becomes responsible to the Cosmic Law for the use of the energy loaned it by the Godhead at various times.

At the present time the Cosmic Light is increasing hourly. It is a period of international and planetary change. This Cosmic Light is a Radiation of the actual substance from perfected Beings that flows Earthward, heavily charging the lower atmosphere of Earth and the inner bodies of the people far beyond their ordinary capacity. They are surcharged, so to speak, with God Energy which makes them very much more active, and unless the lifestream has a good control of its vehicles, the habits and tendencies of the centuries are increased by this pressure of Light, both for good and evil... and the world is, therefore, in a period of confusion and chaos by reason of this added Light.

Individuals who know that this Cosmic Light is pouring through their bodies must make an extraordinary effort toward self-control in order to facilitate the endeavors of the Holy Christ Self to use that Light to expand the GOOD in them and to diminish the negative.

The Holy Christ Self is constantly endeavoring to use the added Light poured out by the Ascended Masters and Cosmic Beings to expand the Good or constructive qualities which the lower bodies are emitting at any given moment. It is, therefore, time for all men of good will to endeavor to live by the Higher Principle as their conscious­ness will allow that this increased Light may find seeds to multiply the Good and find very little of negation which would, in like manner, add to the chaos and confusion... because they would grow if they were entertained in the consciousness and this same Cosmic Light would add to their growth.

You see, the Light will animate whatever quality you are entertaining, and as the Light becomes more and more powerful, those who are holding to constructive qualities will find these good qualities growing rapidly within their lifestreams, but those who give way to human qualities such as anger, irritation, impurity and imperfection of every kind will find it more and more difficult to hold control over their feelings and actions.

It is an hour when man should place his best "plants" out to be watered by the Spiritual Essence if he would be the recipient of the fruit and flowers of any such plant that he offered to the oncoming Cosmic Light.
