The following was given by Beloved Lady Rowena at the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony from the Retreat of Victorious Accomplishment, on July 16th, 1977...

Beloved Rowena speaks:,

Children of the one God, my brothers and sisters treading the Path of Light on the Planet Earth, I greet you in deep Love... and thank you for your dedication to the Victorious Accomplishment in the Light for yourselves and all the evolutions of this dear Earth... the attainment to which all aspire! ...Please be seated.

Dear ones, you have participated in a tremendous activity of Victorious Accomplishment in the Light... for your energy was woven into the Pathway of Light over which the Ascension Flame and Retreat was transferred to Long Island, from whence it came when this Island was part of Atlantis! Ponder this mighty feat!

As most of you know, the Retreat of Victorious Accomplishment in the Light over the British Isles is very closely associated with the Ascension Activity... for individually one must have Victory over the lower vehicles before he may step into the Ascension Flame... and BE FREE FOR ALL ETERNITY! This may be at the close of an embodiment on Earth, or completed through service in the Inner Realms thereafter. Oh, the Mercy of the Father-Mother God... so loving, so just and merciful... in permitting embodied lifestreams to know of the privilege which is theirs while still wearing a flesh garment... I know, for I so recently walked this dear Earth!

Now please direct your consciousness to the Retreat of Victorious Accomplishment over the British Isles, where I have been given the honor of speaking on behalf of this glorious Brotherhood and its mighty Hierarchy, Beloved Victory.

At this point I would like to call your attention to the fact that he could render more assistance to this Earth if the chelas invoked him and the Flame which he embodies more often. At this stage of your spiritual development consider how he could assist you... yet in so many instances he stands "in the wings" so to speak waiting for a call from some earnest heart to release more of the Substance of Victorious Accomplishment through you and all life!

It is sincerely hoped as we come to the conclusion of these Classes that you will remember as you journey to your own Orbits, that you have a loving friend in beloved Victory, so eager to assist you, and you will avail yourselves of the Service of this Brotherhood."
