My dedicated chelas it is evident that much reform must take place in the governments of all countries and at this time of the ‘changing of the guard’ in the United States of America, I appeal to you for assistance!

It is essential that you make positive calls for the incoming political leaders and those still remaining in office; that they tune in to the Divine Mind of God for Illumination. There is no need for me to elaborate on the conditions prevailing politically and economically and the lawlessness rampant here, there and everywhere.

Without further ado, I most strongly recommend that you put the following decrees into action now and keep them going in order that intrigue in its various guises will be wiped out. I shall print in this letter, for the benefit of those who do not have the Decree Book, some which can assist in this gigantic task of cleaning up world government.
