Beloved El Morya

Through the years it has been the custom of man to make Resolutions to improve his way of living at the beginning of a New Year… usually statements which issue from the mind and not the heart… and which are of a short duration. 

I appeal to you with the incoming year to make a firm commitment after examining your shortcomings, to determine with all the tenacity of the First Ray to do the Will of God… to accept the feeling of God’s Will in every constructive activity which issues from the center of your being. 

You are being apprised that the Temple of God’s Will and Divine Government, of which I have the privilege of being the Hierarch, will be open for the entire year of 1983. My Legions are prepared to serve in greater capacity as you turn your attention their way. Just a feeling within your heart will attract a mighty response and allow these Angelic Messengers to increase their divine purpose by infiltrating the consciousness of all mankind with the Will of God.  

As you know, the peoples of this planet must come to realize that PEACE is imperative to harmonize the relations of all Nations… each respecting the other as part of the over-all pattern of life. Criticism is a negative force which rebounds and affects its sender. The Law of the Circle is unerring. This is Truth which many chelas bypass at times. Great improvement has been made this year… however that is not sufficient. The incoming year is to be one of tremendous acceleration of the vibratory action of the evolutions of this Earth and you, the chelas, are expected to assist your fellow traveler through the release of harmonious energy AT ALL TIMES.  

Be assured, my dedicated co-servers, that all of us serving on the First Ray will be alert to every call, every action, to assist you in the fulfillment of your assignment, as do all the Members of the Spiritual Hierarchy. 

Anticipating the release of many blessings to all the evolutions of this Earth, I AM always
