In my service as Chohan of the First Ray you will undoubtedly notice there is an accelerated rate of vibration of the Will of God. Let me impress upon your consciousness how necessary it is for you to use the activity of the First “Ray” (as you refer to our outpouring of this Aspect known as the Will of God.) I individually use the Beam of Energy which all of the Spiritual Hierarchy employ. A Ray is a direct release into a specific activity – while a beam of Energy expands its radiance as it travels earthward and, like a torch of Light, its flaming essence travels far and wide joining a similar propulsion. I AM merely stating my individual preference, mainly for the reason that the activity of God’s Will should be pinpointed at this time to complete the service of this yearly cycle. 

The Will of God, as you know, as expressed by the mighty El Morya deals for the most part with governmental affairs. Witness the service he renders at Darjeeling! From our vantage point when one tunes in to the discussions… I use that word advisedly… it is almost incredible the dexterity of his suggestions. When he handles Diplomats of the various nations, he wisely counsels them so in their waking state there will be no confusion as to their method of procedure. 

At this hour you are witnessing the uprising of the people of various nations due to events which are causing turmoil! What a General of the first order he is in planning his campaign with great caution for a successful outcome… and we know that the Will of God will prevail! 

Yes, you are aware of his activity mentally but I appeal to you both El Morya and myself are using all the pressure of the accumulated energy to bring into manifestation the Perfection ordained for this Earth! 

With the warring factions in the hearts of men and their differences with one another, can you not envision the magnitude of the energy which must be expended to purify the consciousness of all men? The cores which are deep rooted in the consciousness require dynamic action. While Lord Michael’s Focus is being featured this month, and will be followed by the Temples of Illumination and Transfiguration, does it not prove to you the Wisdom of the Spiritual Hierarchy in their succession of Retreats for a yearly cycle? With the Purification from Lord Michael’s Retreat at Banff, the Illumination from God Meru’s Focus should bring Transfiguration… or a change for the better in all life. 

Because of this service I ask this message which all appears in a Shamballa Letter be repeated in “The Word”. What may seem duplication to you is necessary for there are some subscribers who do not receive the Weekly Letter. Does that not prove my point? We anticipate the time when all members will receive The Word and the Shamballa Letter. 

We previously advised you that 1983 would be a year of action, and I believe you now know this from the accelerated vibration. It is imperative we prepare for the outstanding activities which will take place in the forthcoming year. 

Be resolute in your determination to purify this planet and all its evolutions and know that which we present for your acceptance and action is for the fulfillment of the Will of God. Remember always that the Will of God is embodied Love in all its divers aspects and the Will of God shall manifest for this Earth, notwithstanding present negative occurrences. 

As we accelerate and accelerate the vibratory action of the consciousness of man, each shall make his choice according to his free will… and reap the fruit thereof.
