Master Hilarion 

We know that Science is knowledge attained through study of practice: systemized knowledge of a pattern or plan provided to bring a truth into manifestation. 

We realize that the Central Focus of all Consciousness is “I AM” wherein the Divine Intelligences therein provided a specific pattern to be emulated by the sons and daughters on Earth, referred to by many as the “Divine Plan”. 

We know too that the Suns and Planets revolve in a rhythmic manner and divine order is the result. Each lifestream who takes embodiment is given a Blueprint which he is to manifest in order to fill a portion of this great Universal Plan of Creation. When there is deviation from that Plan through use of human will, after training at Inner Levels, between embodiments, through mercy he is required to return to a physical garment, in an endeavor to attain his highest potential. 

The chelas have progressed on the ladder of evolution to a higher rate of vibration where they should realize their sole purpose on Earth is to function from “I AM” Consciousness. A basic principle which will assist the chelas is the use of the Sacred Fires to transmute all negative tendencies in their lower garments. 

I appeal to you to purge your vehicles of all less than Perfection. This is especially true of the emotional and mental bodies, for they are the propellants into the world of form… and when an individual accomplishes this, he truly is an expression of “I AM” Consciousness; entertaining and expressing at all times the God Principles within. Then, and then only, is he a representative of Truth, raising the vibratory action of this Earth where it will function according to the Plan held in the Consciousness of the Sun of this System, Helios and Vesta. You will remember that Lady Vesta is the Heart of Authority, having vested all on this Earth with the privilege and honor of returning this Planet to her Divine Origin. 

Walk this Earth wearing a radiation of Truth and the Earth and all hereon will return to the Perfection originally ordained for her… a rhythmic pulsation of “I AM” Consciousness.
