The Shamballa Letter

Beloved Chelas:

We are at the threshold of the celebration of Easter. At this season the Resurrection Flame is most active, and receives much intensification from the attention of all who honor the Resurrection of the Master Jesus.

In order to intensify the natural acceleration of this Sacred Flame still further, I ask that you work with the following statement and visualization through the Easter season...

Using the power of the Holy Breath to center and relax, visualize the Resurrection Flame entering your crown chakra and descending to your heart center on the inbreath; your Holy Christ Self receives it, absorbs it, and on the outbreath expands and projects it forth as circles of Light moving out from your form.

Next, say the following statement three times aloud: "I AM" THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE OF CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS WITHIN THE HEARTS OF ALL MANKIND!

Visualize the luminous presence of Master Jesus standing beside you, his hands raised in blessing, as he intensifies the activity of your Holy Christ Self, and the circles of Christ Light move out in ever-widening patterns of Light. See them cover the Earth, moving though all life as they go forth, to awaken Christ Consciousness within all mankind.

Hold the visualization for five minutes, repeating the statement silently within as you do. Let calm, rhythmic breathing assist you as well.
