The Shamballa Letter
VOLUME 12, Number 39 September 21st, 1990
My Beloved Chelas,
The time of writing to you that has been given to me draws to a close for now. I want to tell you how much I appreciate the opportunity that I have had to be with you in this special way. You have been so gracious, welcoming me into your hearts and worlds these past weeks, and you have worked very hard to fulfill those tasks requested of you. I have seen the sparks of Joy within your blessed hearts blossom into bright Flames!
Dear ones, the first step during this time of transition is the purification and balancing of your own four lower vehicles. I want to remind you of the importance of taking a few moments to first blaze the Blue Flame of Protection, and the Violet Transmuting Flame through your own vehicles, before you work for others. It is important, and you will be a clearer chalice as well.
It is true that when you open yourselves as chalices of Mercy, Love, and Forgiveness to your brothers and sisters in the Family of Man, you are accepting these God Gifts into, through and around your own vehicles, as well. However, in your enthusiasm to heal others, you must remember that Spiritual Protection is extremely important as a shield. You are developing chelas upon the Path of Mastery, and as such, you are still quite vulnerable in the lower astral realms through which your consciousness must travel in your studies and in your work.
Ritual is a part of the Seventh Ray, and its importance is too often overlooked. If you are not already doing so, I ask that you make a ritual of using your Mantle of Light, and also of intensifying the Violet Flames within it every day without fail! Before you do any healing work, take within it every day without fail! Before you do any healing work, take a few precious moments to renew and intensify your Mantle again, and following your work for others, always BLAZE that VIOLET FIRE through your four lower vehicles, your auras and worlds! There are many reasons for protection, and they will not change or go away, so long as there are any forces of darkness on the Earth, or within its atmosphere!
I will soon take opportunity to speak to you again, and I will teach you more about Ritual. In the meantime - please accept my advice that it is very important for you to use your Spiritual Protection.
Now - until another day, I invoke the Angels of the Violet Flame to surround you with the Love, Protection and Purification that constantly flows from their great Hearts of Love. Know that I love you, and that I AM with you each time you speak my name.
