Beloved of My Heart, 

Knowing that it would be some weeks before I could give you the description of the beautiful Ceremony that took place at the June council of the Karmic Board, I held these scenes in my Heart, to share with you when time permitted.

In the past, all of the chelas of the Ascended Masters have attended these ceremonies in their etheric garments, being a part of all that took place in the inner levels. Now, beloved ones, you have become active participants, truly acting as our counterparts upon the physical plane. I ask that you take the time to ponder my words, and realize the importance of that which I Am telling you. 

Some years ago, when the information regarding the half-yearly meetings of the Karmic Board was first disclosed to the chelas, they began to develop their participation at a more conscious level. At that time, some meetings were held upon the physical plane. However, most of the activity in cooperation with the Members of the Karmic Board continued to be held primarily at the inner levels, due to the many other areas of development which were required by the chelas during that time.

As you are aware, progress takes place one step at a time, and there was a great deal to be assimilated and put to use in your personal lives and group work before your attention could again be focused upon the expansion of this endeavor. Now, that time has come, and I believe you are all deeply aware that there has been a tremendous stepping up of the activity which is taking place between the Ascended Masters and Their chelas. 

Now, the chelas chose to create the Classes to support the petitions that We submitted - not only the Chohans and the Ascended Masters, but Cosmic Beings whose evolution is beyond description.

Through the calls that you have made on behalf of the Earth, and all her evolutions, many Solar Lords have come forth to assist the Planet. As well, many of you have taken the time to think about the needs of your brothers and sisters in the Family of Man, writing your own petitions. As it turns out, your petitions either supported those we have submitted, or called possibilities to our minds which we consider worthy of development!

This represents a step forward in the Spiritual consciousness of our chelas of which I want to make you aware. Now I speak - not only of a few of the chelas, but of the tremendous response and supportive action which has been received from many of you who have been receiving my letters, those of Beloved Æolus, of the Maha Chohan Paul, and some of the Members of the Karmic Board, as well. 

I speak - not to stir the human ego, but from my Heart, which is filled with love for each and every one of you, and gratitude for your every effort to expand the Light of God, in co-service with us. Your Heart Flames have expanded greatly, for you have let go of so much of the human, and taken up so much more of the Divine, working with every ounce of energy that is at your command to further the cause of Spiritual Freedom upon the Earth. 

During the week preceding June 30, Holy Æolus and the Maha Chohan Paul stated that they would remain at the Temple of Cosmic Holy Spirit at Shamballa. They wished to be in closer proximity to the chelas who were assembled at the physical focus to take part in the Petition Classes. It was their desire to magnetize and expand the force sent from the Tetons during those sessions, projecting it onward to the Petition Classes being held in the physical Focus of Shamballa. 

Beloved El Morya and Saint Germain also remained at Shamballa during this time, adding their energies to your collective efforts. They informed me that they plan to stay in residence at Shamballa through the Summer Retreat and Conference, and possibly longer.

Take time during your meditations to send your gratitude and love to these Great Beings for Their love and devotion so freely given to you through the work being done. It is the desire of all concerned that I tell you of our Gratitude, and also of our confidence that you will maintain your efforts. 

Now, if you will please center yourself in consciousness, I will describe the formal ceremony as it took place on the night of June 30. Let your minds and hearts be in total at-one-ment with mine.

Note to the Chelas; To give you time to absorb the information contained in the above Discourse from Beloved John, we will continue with his letter and his description of the Petition Ceremony next week and longer as necessary. 

The staff would like to add our gratitude to all of you who so enthusiastically took part in the Petition Classes at Shamballa the last week in June. We received a total of 90 petitions, including those submitted by members of the staff and those chelas who were able to join us in this service. As well, thank you for your kind and considerate letters, and your touching response to the work we are doing with the Great Ascended Masters. 

We thank you for your financial assistance that helps us continue the flow of the Shamballa Letters. We are grateful!
