The Shamballa Letter
VOLUME 13, Number 35 August 30, 1991
My Beloved Friends,
The representative of Master Morya, who is a highly evolved Initiate, takes his seat at the right side of the main auditorium, together with a large party of chelas with whom he and the Master have been working at inner levels. This group has agreed to assist El Morya in His work. However, they are not as fully aware in their outer consciousness of the methods of the Hierarchy in implementing this work. That is, they do not yet know about the additional dispensations of energy which may be granted through the Karmic Board to such endeavors. Consequently, they are in a period of intense training to draw them to those chelas and teachers who possess this knowledge in their outer consciousness, and know how to assist others in learning about the use of the Sacred Flames to assist the work of the Ascended Masters.
The representative for Saint Germain is serving in the same capacity this evening, and he and the group of chelas who are with him take seats at the opposite, or left side of the main auditorium. This is a plan evolved by the two Initiates of the Masters, in which the chelas who accompany them will be assisting in enfolding the entire assemblage with the Blue and Violet Flames. It will then serve as a portion of their inner training, as well as being of service this evening. They will be closely observed by both the Initiates who are training them, and the Masters at the Great Teton Retreat Who are teachers there.
Beloved Holy Ĉolus and the Maha Chohan Paul are also represented by one of their Initiates tonight. Although she is their Initiate, emerging from the Third Ray, at present she is serving with me in the Temple of Peace. Her specific development is in the art of Concentration upon the quality of Tranquility. Her name is Serenity. She is soon to take a position of more authority in teaching in the Temple of Peace in the Cities of St. John.
You may call upon her to assist you in your development, for - as we have taught you - your calls will assist her development as well as your own. Tonight she will hold the quality of peace and tranquility, and act as the Channel of the energies to be transmitted over the Bridge of Light from the Council Chamber to the Temple of the Cosmic Dove at Shamballa, for Ĉolus and Paul. This is an important responsibility, but her powers of Concentration are great, and I have confidence in her abilities. There are also chelas accompanying her this evening. Both Serenity and the chelas who are with her wear the delicate pink that identifies them with the Temples and Work of Holy Spirit. The beautiful Dove symbol is upon the front of their robes, as well. She has chosen to wear a robe that is identical with those of the chelas with whom she is working.
Beloved Lord Lanto enters the Sanctuary now, and I feel his Presence clearly, even though he has entered from a doorway behind where I Am seated. It is amazing to see the response of the Flame upon the Altar. It literally leaped up in recognition of this Great Master of Illumination. Immediately after Lord Lanto takes His seat, Beloved Dwjal Khul comes into the Chamber with a large group of Teachers who are a part of the work at the Teton Retreat. With them, also, is a group of chelas, some of you among them, for you are being trained at the inner levels to act as teachers through the Bridge to Spiritual Freedom Activity.
I Am fascinated by the Activity of the Flame upon the Altar, which has increased in intensity with the entrance of this particular group of Masters and chelas, for they are the ones who sustain the Precipitation Flame at this Great Retreat. It is clear that the intelligence of the Sacred Fire "knows its friends" - in a manner of speaking!
The radiation of the Flame is primarily golden in color, because it carries within itself the Quality of God-Illumination, as well as the Quality of Precipitation. At the very center of the Emerald Green Precipitation Flame is a Golden Heart. It is breathtakingly beautiful.
The entire assemblage in enfolded in its radiance, and as it recedes somewhat, I can see that there is a tiny replica of itself resting upon the crown chakras of every individual present in this Sanctuary. This is a gift from the Members of the Teton Retreat which will be released in great intensity when the energies are released at the conclusion of this Ceremony tonight.

Dear ones, as you meditate this week upon the Flame of Precipitation, please extend your Gratitude and Love to Lord Lanto, Dwjal Khul, and the Brothers and Sisters of the Great Teton Retreat for Their constant service to all of you. They assist you in the precipitation of every Quality and Gift of the Godhead, as well as bringing you the ultimate Gift of God Illumination.
As you are our hands and hearts in the physical appearance world, assisting many of the newly awakened to enter this work, we are also grateful to you, each one, for your ever-expanding efforts to work in co-service with us. I love you, and I thank you!
