My Beloved Friends and Co-servers,

I have made you aware of the responsibility involved in the submitting of petitions to the Karmic Board. Now I would like to mention the closeness that is established between the Masters of Light and the chelas because of the acceptance of this responsibility. So many lifestreams have no idea of what their use of life energy entails. Often, when a person first steps upon the Spiritual path, he believes everything will be done for him! This is even taught as truth in many metaphysical schools. The idea that if one only holds a positive thought that the results he desires will magically appear within his world is the most common. At first, it may appear that this is what happens, but such seemingly magical results are still due to the investing of energy, and it is this understanding that eventually opens the door to self-mastery! Everything that is worthwhile is the result of the proper use of energy, both of the individual and of his associates. 

You, our beloved chelas, associate with your brothers and sisters in the Octaves of Light, and because you accept the responsibility that is asked of you to the very best of your abilities, you are enabled to sustain and nourish Divine Law upon the plane in which you dwell. In this way, you bring all the Gifts of God to your brothers and sisters in the world of form, and set an example that teaches them how to do likewise. Consequently, you establish a true friendship with us, and I want you to know how deeply we treasure this friendship. You see, from our standpoint, we can clearly see the needs of the Earth, but unless we can secure the interest of embodied lifestreams, we cannot be of assistance. 

Within the Octaves of Light, the higher the evolution of the Being who submits a petition, the more carefully it must be considered by the Karmic Board. The reason for this is that, if that Being does not secure the assistance of embodied lifestreams, his or her life energies would be bound within the physical plane.

For instance, if there is no one who can be found to support the petitions of a Chohan, or of the Beloved Lord of the World, no matter how magnificent the plan, it must be put aside until such assistance can be found.

Often, if even one individual tunes in to the Master's plan, he will gather a group of others to assist him, and then, the petition is likely to be accepted. This will assist you to understand how vital your work is to the Earth, for all of us in the higher octaves can do little to help if there is no step-down transformer provided.

When a petition is accepted from a Chohan, or other Being of Light, the Karmic Board gives him a balance of their energy, which matches the energy of the chelas that has been offered to him. To each chela involved, they also give a balance of energy from the Cosmic Store­house, and double it. This will give you an idea of how greatly the assistance is multiplied for healing in our mutual endeavors!

In my next letter, I will describe the beautiful and sacred ceremony at which you will be present in your finer vehicles. Know I will stand with you during this time, enfolding you in my Love and Constancy.
