Beloved Ones, 

The Members of the Karmic Board now enter. Lord Saithrhu, the Great Divine Director, enters first, followed by Elohim Vista, who is the Enfolding Spirit for The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom this year. Lady Nada, Lady Liberty, Pallas Athena and Kwan Yin enter, each one taking their place in front of one of the thrones. The last member to enter is Beloved Lady Portia, the Goddess of Justice, who is the Spokesperson for the Board at this time. Her throne is the central one in the arc.

All members are robed in the magnificent Royal Purple of the Seventh Ray. This is their choice, because it represents all of the qualities within the Flame of Spiritual Freedom, especially those of mercy, forgiveness, and transmutation. These are the most required in all of the activities of the Karmic Board.

Regardless of the Ray to which members of the Karmic Board belong, they will always release the full momentum of their abilities on behalf of the mutual needs of the Brotherhood and its activities. Once a decision has been reached, and a petition granted to a supplicant, be it Chohan, Archangel, Cosmic Being, chela, or any unascended member of the human race, that petition becomes a common goal for all involved. Total unity of effort becomes the keyword to achieve those goals.

The entire assembly, including the Sun God and Goddess and the messengers, the members of the Karmic Board, and all others attending, are standing at attention. Now the proceedings begin. Beloved Lord Zadkiel steps forward into the center of the open area, bows in reverence before the Sun Gods, and then turns to face the Karmic Board. For a few moments, all is returned to the Great Silence, and we are immersed in pure White Light. The meaning of this, whenever it occurs, is that a merging of consciousness is taking place at a level which surpasses human understanding.

This is an ordinary happening within the Octaves of Light, because all ascended Beings unify their individual consciousness before undertaking any activity which involves a combined use of Universal Life-force. Perhaps you have seen this take place at inner levels, and will know that of which I speak. During the coming Golden Age, this will become an ordinary event between members of the human race as well, and will not be unfamiliar to those of you who are reading my words now.

Beloved Zadkiel turns now to face the Sun Gods and the General Assembly behind them. He raises his arms and gives the following Invocation:

"In the Name and Power of the Universal Presence 'I AM', I make this call to the Heart of the Great Central Sun, ALPHA and OMEGA! We are gathered here this day on behalf of the planet Earth and all her evolutions.

"Light of the Great Central Sun, DESCEND, DESCEND, DESCEND! Enfold this sacred assembly in Thy Love, Wisdom, and Power, and assist us to give decisions that will lift all life on planet Earth into the full expression of their perfection, as held in the Heart of the Mighty Silent Watcher, Immaculata!"

"As this Conclave responds to the petitions of all those who have loved enough to submit them, consider the Heart of each one, and let YOUR LOVE flow forth to bring the perfect answer to this, our call to the LIGHT OF GOD THAT IS ETERNALLY VICTORIOUS IN EVERY REALM OF CREATION! SO BE IT, BELOVED 'I AM'!" 

So saying, he turns to face the Karmic Board once more, and says: "If the last may be first, may I now speak?" Beloved Portia signals the entire assembly to be seated. After this takes place, Archangel Michael comes forward and stands to Zadkiel's right, and Beloved Mary rises and moves into the circle to stand to his left. Portia speaks: "Beloved Brother, you may state your petition now, if you wish."

ZADKIEL speaks: "Beloved Members of the Karmic Board, I respond to the calls of our chelas on behalf of my brother Michael. He has spoken to them, telling of his young angels who are taking embodiment upon the planet Earth at this time. While it is known that these young ones of our evolutions are from every Cosmic Ray, they are still under his jurisdiction, even as I AM, and all of the Archangels serving this system of worlds. Gladly so, for he is Prince of Heaven, and none surpass him in any way!

"Beloved Mary has also petitioned on behalf of all those souls who will be taking embodiment this year, and in this final decade of the 20th Century. This number also includes many of Lord Saithrhu's root race children. We have, if it please the Board, combined our petitions as ONE, for all those incoming lifestreams require the utmost Protection and Purification to prepare, maintain and sustain the parents, guardians and teachers who will guide them, as well as their environments.

"I speak for my Complement, Beloved Holy Amethyst, for we join as ONE in providing the most powerful momentum of Violet Fire into the situations and environments named, on behalf of the evolutions of Earth. To that end we will keep our Temples of Violet Fire open at all times for the use and calls of mankind upon our service for the incoming lifestreams and the embodied youth of Earth.

"I, ZADKIEL, state my dedication to the sustaining of life upon the Earth, and add my energies to those of Beloved Michael, Prince of Heaven, whom I serve with all the loyalty and love of my Being. 

I bow in reverence and love to Beloved Mary, as well, and pledge to her the same, for none can match her proven love for the children of Earth! SO BE IT!"

Portia responds: "Thank you, Beloved Zadkiel! Michael, and Beloved Mary, do you state your agreement in this Petition, and agree to bind your energies to those of Earth in behalf of the children, as well?" Both Michael and Mary give their assent, and then Portia asks: "Can you present the Light of the chelas, and any other students of Light on the Earth, in their proven or potential desire to assist you in this work?"

In response to her question, which is always asked regarding any petition presented to the Karmic Board, the three who stand before her display the Light which has been pledged through the petitions presented by all of our chelas in behalf of the incoming lifestreams, the littlest Angels in embodiment, and the Seventh Root Race children.

This cannot be described. I can only tell you that the next words from Portia were: "It is done, Beloved Ones! This cannot be refused, for the Love and Light of the chelas - if fulfilled - will balance your pledge and petition."

Beloved Mother Mary approaches Lady Portia, and receives the Scroll on behalf of Lord Zadkiel and Lord Michael. They bow in reverence, and return to their seats.

Beloved Chelas, realize the importance of the decisions which are handed down by the great Protectors and Guardians of the Earth, and especially realize the part that you - each blessed one - play in these decisions.

 John, the Beloved
