My Beloved Chelas,

Before the mystical month of May comes to its close, I wish to speak of the sacred role of motherhood. I previously said: "The quality of Reverence can be likened to the open arms of a mother as her newborn child is placed within them. When a mother looks upon her newborn child, she recognizes and accepts the unlimited potential of the new life which has been placed within her care. With the strength of her Love, the mother invests the child with the power to achieve the perfection of his Divine Plan." 

Beloved ones, the God-Mother of this system of worlds, beloved Vesta, has vested each of you with her Quality of Divine Motherhood. I now bring this to your attention, because much is needed by the children of Earth in every way. Each of you - fully vested - must now open your minds and hearts to this role, until it becomes completely initiated and incorporated as a part of your work upon the planet. The children of Earth now belong to you, and I ask that you open your arms of love to them. As you look upon them, hold within your minds and hearts the conviction of their unlimited potential, and also of your ability to hold this Concept to fruition. 

As reflections of the Divine Mother, you are now functioning as teachers of the New Age. This means you are working in full partnership with Divinity, under the direct radiation of your I AM Presence through the Holy Christ Self within your own Sacred Heart. Further, it means you are also working under the supervision of the Members of the Office of the World Teacher. 

At this time, I will clarify the current activity in the Cosmic Office of World Teacher. Lord Maitreya, as Cosmic Buddha, is the Head of the Office of World Teacher in both its major departments, which are religion and education. Under his supervision, Micah, Angel of Unity, works to design, facilitate and unify the religions of the world, to bring harmony and understanding between the many forms of Ceremonial Worship and Ritual now existing upon the Earth and those expressions to come. There is the added advantage of Micah's expertise in merging the Aspects of the Sixth Age, the Christian Dispensation, with those of the Seventh Age of Spiritual Freedom. Finally, he also directs his Quality of Unity into the educational aspects of the Office of World Teacher. 

Regarding the educational lines of force that are being put forth: Lord Lanto and Chohan Dwjal Khul are acting as the overseers, sometimes called the 'Senior Partners'. However, the responsibility of the Office of World Teacher is equally given to John the Beloved, representing the Third Ray of God's Divine Love; myself, representing the Second Ray of Enlightenment; and Lady Miriam, representing the First Ray of God's Will. Thus, there is a perfect balance of the Cosmic Qualities of Love, Wisdom and Power, in full accord with beloved Gautama, Lord of the World through the Planetary Threefold Flame. 

Visualize a great Maltese Cross in the atmosphere above the Teton Retreat, symbolizing the ruling energies of the New Age of Spiritual Freedom now in effect. In the center, see beloved Lord Maitreya, seated in lotus position. To His right stands Micah, Angel of Unity, radiating his quality of Unity into the Earth below. John the Beloved, Lady Miriam and I stand in the arm of the Cross to the left of Lord Maitreya, directing our combined Ray of Love, Wisdom and Power to the chelas and light-workers in the Body of Light. Lord Gautama is seated in lotus position in the arm of the Cross above Maitreya. He is directing his Ray of Love, Wisdom and Power through Maitreya, where it radiates outward to all four arms of the cross to balance the Activities of all concerned. In the arm of the cross below Lord Maitreya, Lord Lanto and Dwjal Khul meditate, holding us in their Flame of Precipitation, and directing it into the Body of Light, just below the Cross and stretching forth in all directions to encompass the Earth. 

Through you, beloved Teachers and Healers of the New Age of God Perfection, do we vest our Love and Confidence on behalf of all the children, youth and young people on the Earth. You are the Hand of God in action in the world of form, if you so choose. As you accept this responsibility, I bless you with all the Love, Wisdom and Power of God, and wrap you in my Golden Mantle of God Enlightenment. I love you.
