The Shamballa Letter
VOLUME 16, Number 46 November 18, 1994
My beloved students,
An important point of cosmic law is that we in the ascended realms must honor your complete freedom of choice regarding how much of your own life force you wish to commit to the assistance of others. Every time you give, you add to the great storehouse of cosmic energy, from which you and all others may continually draw.
It is with great joy that I can say we have found over and over again that - left to your own devices, according to your personal desire to serve - you have been very generous with your life substance. There is no need to urge you to serve, but merely to encourage you to keep on keeping on as you walk the path of enlightenment!
Beloved ones, as we are always connected through the Body of Light, each of you knows very well of the great love and friendship of the Ascended Masters and Cosmic Beings. However, there can and will be times when you may sometimes feel very alone.
You will find particularly during times of tiredness and stress, your lower vehicles, especially the emotional body may waver, reluctant to remain firmly focused upon the Light. This is not unusual, nor should you be too hard upon yourselves when, from time to time, you seem to lack strength and endurance. As we have walked this path before you, we know so well of your situation and extend our love and silent support to you during these times when you pause to take a deep breath, allowing yourself to rest, rebuilding spiritual strength and confidence within.
All of your seven bodies are wonderful instruments of the most high living God. The needs of your physical body, or any of your four lower vehicles are very important, not only to you but to your God Parents. Often, students of Light overlook their importance and do not feel, or consciously offer gratitude for the perfection of their entire being. Beloved ones, you must take time to rest, nourish, and sustain your physical, mental, emotional and etheric vehicles! If you do not, you cannot properly serve your spiritual needs or the spiritual needs of this entire planet to your fullest potential.
As you take time and give some serious thought to this matter, I AM sure you will receive additional understanding. Then offer gratitude to God for each one of your four lower bodies. Take care of and respect them, so you may truly be the sacred chalice of higher consciousness for your I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self - the perfect channel for the energies of your Causal Body into the world of form.
Always remember, we are most certainly grateful for your Presence embodied. Consciously know and accept that you, each one, are a Bridge to Spiritual Freedom for all life on this beloved planet Earth.
