Beloved Students of Light,
In my recent letter, I asked that you spend some time in the silence, preparing to receive further understanding on the movement of energy, as we continue our work together. Beloved Serapis Bey has asked to join us in service at this time, and I know you will each welcome this opportunity to receive his teaching, enfolded in the magnificent love and energy of the Ascension Flame, which always accompanies this great Being of Light. Know that I AM with you, as we offer the Cup of our consciousness to beloved Serapis Bey.

My Dear Chelas,
As you contemplate the various aspects of the Seven Rays, I wish to add my insight to your studies and service. I AM the Lord of the Ascension Flame and it is my privilege and responsibility to direct the power of the Ascension into your service as you take each step forward along your path. Thus, not only the chelas and other students of Light, but all life, may be lifted into a higher vibratory activity. This is absolutely necessary to prepare the Earth for the orbital changes to come.
One of the greatest barriers to the free movement of Spiritual Light and the precious substance of the Seven Rays to the people of Earth is the veil of maya in the lower astral realms of the Earth. This is frequently pointed out to all of our chelas, for the work must be strengthened and sustained in an ongoing manner, to counteract the constant release of negative energy by human consciousness. During this month, the Temple of Illumined Faith and Protection is open to all of our chelas, and a golden opportunity is presented to serve with Archangel Michael and his Legions of Light in this work.
To be a chela means to follow the Master - to become like the Master, through comparing your every thought, word and deed with what the Master would think, say and do. Just as an Ascended Master or other Cosmic Being uses his or her life force to create and expand God's Blessings throughout the Universe, so does the chela avail himself of every possible opportunity to emulate and expand the Light of God on the physical plane where he is functioning. The chela is constantly attuned to the creative centers of his being, searching out new ways in which to serve life, just as the Master does.
One of the ways in which the Light may be greatly expanded is through ceremonies designed to fulfill special needs that arise from time to time. One service I have personally requested is a service of love for departed souls. Over the years, we have spoken of all the precious souls who become bound in the lower astral realms, due to various conditions prevailing at the time they leave their physical vehicles. I will speak further about some of these conditions, because of the influence they bring to bear upon embodied lifestreams, as well. However, regardless of the specific nature of such influences, assistance may be given in the inner realms, just as in the outer, through the loving calls of embodied lifestreams who are aware of this great need. When a member of your family or a dear friend departs the physical plane, a true opportunity for service is presented. It is this about which I now speak.
As you may be aware, beloved Archangel Michael, together with Mother Mary, Kwan Yin and I have a deep commitment to assisting all souls as they leave the physical plane of existence to be in the inner realms for a time. He is lovingly often referred to as 'the Archangel of Deliverance'. While his Temple is open, I ask each one of you to join in this specific work, if at all possible.
Regardless of whether you personally know any of the souls who leave the physical plane during this time, you can help them to be free through your love. As well, you can enfold their families with this freeing essence, further assisting in the process of release and letting go that is so deeply needed.
Know that I AM grateful for your friendship offered to Lord Michael and myself, as you serve beside us in this way.
