Beloved chelas, 

Your light has truly increased due to your conscious efforts to purify your four lower vehicles through the constant application of the sacred flames. Your lower bodies are a solid pillar of light, more consciously attuned to the ever-increasing energy that always surrounds you. The full awareness of this consciousness is allowing you to perceive life now at a very different and much higher level of being than you would have ever thought possible. 

With this expanded understanding you are also coming to realize that this life at inner levels, though higher in vibration, is quite similar to the life you are acquainted with at your present level and plane of existence. While awake or asleep your journeys to the etheric temples are increasing as you diligently work and learn more about the true reality of life. In order for you to attain the optimum results permitted by cosmic law, the peace of a perfect sleep is of the utmost importance. Along with the decrees that beloved Lady Kwan Yin mentioned in last week's letter and acknowledging your mystic mantle of light, you may find the following decree very helpful to give just before going to sleep: 

By the magnetic power of the supreme Flame of Peace within my heart, I AM, I AM, I AM! Oh, powers of mercy, comfort and harmony, endow me now with your peace of a perfect sleep. 

Attune my four lower bodies to the perfect balance and peace of my own Three-fold Flame, so that I may fully receive all God's qualities and gifts available to me at the Ascended Master Retreat I AM privileged to visit in projected consciousness this night. 

Endow every soul living on this planet with the peace of a perfect sleep, to quiet their mental and emotional bodies, and allow the further acceleration of their own spiritual unfoldment. 

As a living disciple of Holy Spirit, I offer my vehicles to be channels of peace and balance to those around me, so your blessings may reach all life everywhere. 

I gratefully decree and accept it done, as God's most holy name, I AM! 

Then beloved chelas go to sleep, visualizing your entire being peacefully resting in the arms of your God Presence, as your Holy Christ Self guides you into the retreats of the Ascended Masters and other great Cosmic Beings, assisting you in learning the higher laws of life.
