* The breathing statement should be given four times for each full breath. On the inbreath, breath in the qualities contained within the Flame. As you hold your breath in, absorb the qualities deep within every part of your being. As you breathe out, expand and increase the power and momentum of the divine qualities you are calling forth through the power of the Holy Breath. As you hold your breath out of your body, project these magnificent God Qualities forth to all life. Repeat this exercise a minimum of three full breaths.

December 30, 2009 – Mercy Flame Service
My beloved sisters and brothers from ages past,
I bow before your great Light and happily welcome you to this festive gathering and yearly conclave as together we prepare and set the tone for the entire incoming New Year. However, before we go further I need to remind all of you of something very important.
Not so very long ago - but for what seems like an eternity to many of you - on behalf of the Ascended Host of Light, I requested that you, my beloved chelas, step into a new role in the Divine Plan. At that time you were asked to go within and not call upon us as often as you had in the past. Instead we asked you to fully recognize your own divinity by raising your vision, your energy, and your consciousness ever higher, until you truly entered deep within the very heart and mind of the Great Universal Presence of the Divine - the God of All Creation.
During that often difficult time of change and transition we felt your pain, we felt your confusion, and yes, we even felt your anger at the mere thought of this request because it appeared to some that we were abandoning you - leaving you behind. When in actuality we were offering you an invitation to move significantly forward on your spiritual journey as very vital and essential members of the Spiritual Hierarchy.
Oh how so many fought this opportunity! Some even believed that my beloved Bridge to Spiritual Freedom was no longer an Activity of the Ascended Masters and chose to turn their backs on their spiritual family as a very high level of sifting and sorting took place and a wonderful new opportunity was offered.
As you have seen, letting go is difficult even for those who are my chelas. Think of what it must be like for individuals just awakening. They, in great fear and uncertainty, must release their old belief systems to make way for a brand new and much higher level of enlightenment. While their deep-rooted ways of the past are releasing, much fear and guilt is often generated as they realize their own responsibility for the conditions they are experiencing that frequently create enough effluvia to discourage and redirect many a man or woman of good intent!
It is your job beloved ones to help such a one whenever you see them struggle. This must be done or the atmosphere will become heavy enough to drown even the strongest of the human race. I speak not to alarm you but to bring understanding. Your assistance is needed so dearly at this time of great change and essential adjustment throughout your beloved planet Earth and all life upon it.
Know that your tears of sorrow and concern for all the problems you have witnessed throughout the Earth for eons of time and even in the future will be transformed into tears of joy! You stand on the verge of a great discovery beloved ones, each time venturing a bit further into the Octaves of Light, seeing and experiencing for yourselves the truth and reality of your familiarity with the Universal Alliance of Light.
As you experience this more deeply, you will also become more and more attuned for you add, with every petition and decree, every song and visualization, and through the Light, Love and Purity of your own spiritual freedom...just as each of us has done through lifetimes of unfoldment into full and complete unification with the highest levels of consciousness.
Re-discover the tremendous love in the Violet Fire beloved and share it with others but do not forget to use it on yourself. Always align yourself with the Power of God I AM THAT I AM and constantly call upon the purple forcefields - from the softest shades of violet to the most vibrant and boldest of purple - into action for then and only then will you be ready!
Take that small amount of time each day that is required to clear yourselves and your auras and then work in clearing the astral realms of the darkness that accumulates so quickly by those who suffer. Then this precious jewel - the Earth - will quickly be restored to the perfection she had with our Mother-Father God before all worlds and so shall you my beloved co-servers. Enlightenment is seeing your true self. Prepare yourselves well for this wonderful blessing my beloved ones!

I AM a White Fire Being of Light and I address you, beautiful White Fire Beings within this three-dimensional state. Please enter deep within your beings… as you will find that you are the Oneness of all Life. The Fire Being within you is the essence of the Sacred Fire of Enthusiasm. Please know that enthusiasm flows forth in many ways… through some as power, with the sweetness of Love Divine. Continue to be very still as you absorb all that is being offered to you. (Pause)
Know that your enthusiasm needs to always be tempered by Divine Love… when one enters the Divine Universal Consciousness there is no need for sadness or apprehension but only to be attuned to the Balance of Reality. Use the Flame of Enthusiasm directed by this Divine Reality.
You have all reached the point where you are able to and expected to be Divine representatives on this dear planet. Live within this fiery state and driving force of complete devotion to your life’s purpose beloved! Enter the Heart of Infinity… the Divine Enthusiasm within the immense principle of life… and when this comes forth from the Heart of the Eternal know how to release and radiate enthusiasm.
You may ask to what ray do I serve upon? And I say ALL THE RAYS… those known to you and those that you shall one day come to discern. All of humanity is capable of this activity when they truly enter and remain within the One Divine Consciousness… the I AM domain that contains the accelerated vibratory action that allows you to truly let go, let go of all the human aspects.
Once more I ask you to pause and feel the sweetness of enthusiasm that you radiate during this beautiful collaboration of universal services. When I have concluded my message this morning continue to dwell quietly for a few more moments within the Reality of I AM… experience the Oneness of Consciousness… one pointed and unique… dedicated and devoted to a higher state of power, a higher state of wisdom, a higher state of love, fully encompassing the Higher State of Being. This is where you will find me beloved ones. Until then I shall anticipate our reunion.

In the name of the One Universal Consciousness I AM, as my true essence of the Christ: I AM the flame of Holy Spirit in action; I AM the sacred fire breath of God charged with loving life free.
As a disciple of Holy Spirit, I now dedicate my life to set right the vibratory action of all energy and substance in my world and in the entire Universe. As a disciple of Holy Spirit I AM committed to be the sacred hand of God, moving through this world, instantly re-establishing divinity wherever this Sacred Fire is applied. And, I now pledge to invite, invoke, focus, concentrate, manifest and sustain this flame. I AM eternally a director of the flame and I AM unassuming before its magnificent presence, grateful to unleash its power of love upon the Earth. (Pause)
