The outer consciousness reawakens to the Divine Plan of the Universe and through the faculties which it once more chooses to utilize it begins to build a bridge or com­munication between itself and the Divine Spiritual Oneness. 

When sufficient endeavors of a sustained and constant nature has seized the atten­tion of the I AM Presence, the Higher Self begins to display a tremendous individual in­terest in raising and transforming the persona. People who are privileged enough to have secured the cooperation and sustained interest of the Presence are easily discernible among the masses as more and more of the Divine Consciousness vitalizes and directs the raising, transforming and blending processes. 

The effort of self-will lessens and the individual's accomplishment increases a hundred fold. This is the inner meaning of what some religions call "being born again" and the tremendous splendor of the Presence becomes an active, conscious part of their life and their consciousness is raised by self-effort above those who have not developed anything beyond the birth into the third dimensional plane and its mass mind. 

The Spiritual Birth comes to every human according to their efforts and previous experience... some in one lifetime and some in another... some early in childhood and some very late in the autumn of life's experience. But it is the mystic union toward which all must aspire and which when once attained marks the lifestream incapable - of unhappiness, loneliness or any of the outer experiences that the outer self so often passes through before such a Union occurs. 

The Divine Consciousness of the "I AM" Presence is not easily assimilated by the intellectual consciousness of the lower self. The mental concept of the Divine Con­sciousness is a necessary prerequisite to the union and all deep study, contemplation and application are bent toward the preparation for that hour when the immense, bound­less Divine Consciousness shall emerge and transmute the consciousness of the outer self.

A human being, no matter how fragile or limited the body, the mentality, the development of the soul evolution has within himself, the power of magnetic attraction or Invocation by which they can draw the particular Presence and Radiation of any Divine Quality within the circumference of the Universe to which they belongs. 

I can assure you that there is within the sphere of your own universe all that is necessary to provide you and all of humanity with Peace, Happiness, Confidence, Clarity and Immortality. 

People with a tremendous heart desire can focus their attention on any Divine Quality or Virtue and it immediately comes Earthward, carrying with it the full Aura of its Conscious and Cosmic momentum, larger by far than the whole Planet Earth itself, and which remains in the atmosphere as a blanket radiation of substance to which the souls of all humanity may draw forth nourishment, as a starving human body draws substance and water upon presentation to a source from which it can freely feed. 

There are, of course, many Divine Virtues and Qualities with whom humanity has not yet availed himself and these still abide continually within the Heart of the Great Silence. 

For the chela who is reluctant to embrace the Divinity within, may I suggest that you utilize the Power of Invocation and through your attention to the One Cosmic Consciousness you draw forth additional Light and Pure Radiation into your being, which will gradually increase the effort many are making to attain the One Universal Consciousness. 

Again I counsel you to "Let go and Let GOD"!

Until humanity can understand that it is their own Life which empowers and animates everything in this world and experience, giving them reality or unreality, as the case may be, they cannot pass from the realms of shadow into the Realms of Truth. 

The Power that is within one can illumine the mind, heal the conditions of the physical world and set one free from the concepts of the lower consciousness. Humanity has preferred to delegate power to external agencies, and by their very faith in those externals has ensouled them with a certain beneficent or malignant effect upon their lives. The tendency of the humankind of Earth is lethargy... it is much easier to deify an external agent than to call upon the Powers within one's own life by which certain activities must be transmuted, reorganized and perfected. 

In this day and age, we are endeavoring again to cause the chela to examine, untangle and again delegate the Power of the Divine Oneness to the Essence of their own Life that they are giving to externals. This is much more difficult than it seems on the surface... for example you have often used the statement "I withdraw all power I have given to persons, places, conditions and things" but when you do not fully appreciate, follow and empower that conviction within your feelings, it is a mere utterance of the mental world. 

If one would afford the Power to their own Life that they have previously given to external forms to heal, we would find that the tremendous release of the healing currents lie within the Life itself that courses through their very essence. 

Ponder the above and request the beloved Goddess of Truth, Pallas Athena, to cast the Ray of her Light upon it and see if you cannot come into a new understanding of the Powers and Capacities within your own life essence. 

You know this to be true because you have often stood in the aura of an individual and were physically repelled by the invisible radiation which was the force of the feeling nature of such a one.

In the same manner the physical nature of a spiritual person or Master is an attractive or magnetic force that draws the individual closer because of the peace and contentment of such a radiation. Knowing this, therefore, we will understand that whatever quality you direct your feeling nature toward, you propel that activity and quality into your feeling world and this quality in the feeling world colors all your manifestations with its own quality, harmony or discord, as the case may be. That is why strong dislikes or resentments driven at an individual or condition precipitates into your own world the concrete form towards which you have driven the energy of your world. 

Your feeling world is always coupled with manifestation. You cannot FEEL anything that does not have a thought, abstract or concrete, behind it and the INTENSITY of your feeling determines the precipitation into your world. Thus, the indiscriminate entertainment of discordant feeling will precipitate financial loss and bodily ill health, etc. into your experience. I speak not to you individually, but of humanity en masse... simply stating a truth which the chela often fails to remember. 

The feeling world visibly affects manifest form and always results (according to the quality of the energy sent forth) in a change of the vibratory action of one's physical assets, of one's body, of their environment, etc. 

The feeling nature is concerned with and identified with the Third Dimensional Plane, and every feeling brings a change in the physical substance of the Universe. 

You will remember that the Master Jesus received but one Affirmation. "I AM the Resurrection and the Life" and from that statement he developed all the qualities that were necessary for his victorious accomplishment in the Light... he contemplated its meaning in the Silence and entered the Secret Place of the Most High - that Chamber wherein the Christ abides. 

When one becomes still enough to silence the busy mental body, many are the Truths which are unveiled, I suggest that you contemplate a portion of any given address one at a time and you will find many avenues of divine thought opening up to you - for as you study these words the radiation enfolds for you. As one studies a beautiful painting or other work of art, they see features incorporated into it by the artist which did not at first glance impress themselves upon the physical eye… looking at the shading, the color tones and other details widens the scope of understanding within the whole. 

And so it is with the reading of any discourse... you will find many lessons contained therein - if you will hold the mental body in check and not race through the words. Before even reading the lesson, it is advisable and most helpful if you ask the divinity, to enfold you in the higher radiation and by contemplating that feeling; Divine thoughts would literally blaze forth as you entered into the feeling which is being presented to you within the lesson. 

I emphasize the word "lesson" for these addresses for they are not just stories to entertain the consciousness but Truths which will hasten your own evolution and through their application that of all humankind. It has been said that "one picture is worth a thousand words" and it is with this in mind that we believe your feeling and mental worlds consciously serving together will open up mighty vistas for you... and having mentally seen the content, your true comprehension will be significantly expanded. 

Let us observe an actor who is portraying a well-known person on the stage... it is the one who turns their consciousness completely over to the part they are playing, who gives a portrayal that commands the attention of the audience. It is the FEELING which counts and that characterization or play lives on and is repeated through the years by other who love the character they have the privilege of emulating. 

And, it is thus with the chela… one cannot just gloss over the contents of the Truths which they have received through the years.
