Beloved Friends of Freedom, I experience such great joy when I have the privilege of speaking directly to you. I have addressed you as 'friends' for you know how very dear that word is to my Heart, and always shall be! 

Since the beginning of this momentous Conference, the Spiritual Hierarchy has witnessed the expansion of your Light, and of all the chelas who are tuning in to these Meetings. Since Wednesday of this week, it has been world enfolding and the Legions of the Violet Fire have been in attendance, giving added Service during this time. Bear in mind and heart always, that the Angelic Host plays a very important and necessary part where there is a specific Spiritual Mission to be accomplished. That was the case at the time I was privileged to have a minor part in the founding of the Christian Dispensation, so beautifully carried out by our Beloved Jesus, Mary and others who served with them. 

Now it is my privilege to have the great honor of establishing the Seventh Ray Dispensation, which is really the prerogative of abiding in and being blessed by the Gifts of the Violet Flame Activities. 

Why do we have the Seventh Ray at the closing of the fourteen thousand year Cycle, each other Ray having been predominant for two thousand years, as will the Seventh Ray? 

The Seventh Ray is one of Transmutation, as you know, and every last vestige of imperfection must be replaced by that of Perfection in this the New Age of Freedom. The Violet Flame will remain active always in the fourteen thousand year Cycle to prevent any possible contamination, from any source. Also, in the Higher Realms, the Seventh Ray is most active in the Etheric Realm, which is closest to the Earth, and the entrance into the Etheric Realm from the purified lower sphere of Earth may be done with facility. The Gifts which are in the Etheric Realm waiting to be externalized on Earth by purified lifestreams will be a relatively simple matter. 

The Etheric Realm is literally 'weighted down' with the Blessings for the peoples of this Planet, and with the now more purified vehicles of the chelas, and others who are under our direction, but not aware of it in their outer consciousness, magnificent manifestations of Beauty and Perfection can come forth quickly. 

Actually "I AM" again inviting you to be ‘in tune with the Infinite' which should not pose any great problem for the blessed chelas who have been the recipients of our Instructions through the years. When one permits the "I AM" Presence to be the Doer, and has a clear and unselfish concept of that which he would like to see come forth for the benefaction of this Planet, through attunement with the Presence of God, instantaneous manifestation can take place. 

Why think you we are keeping the Temple of Precipitation at the Tetons open all through the year for visitation by the chelas? For one purpose only, of training you in the lost art of Precipitation which you all once enjoyed. Every time you come to the Rocky Mountain Retreat in your etheric vehicles, you bring back with you more of the Radiation of the Flame of Precipitation, and, as we always hope, a little more understanding of the Law of Precipitation of God-Good, and an expanded consciousness of reverence for all life. 

It is not improbable that we shall consider bringing you to the site of the Rocky Mountain Retreat in your physical vehicles. Hear me well when I say this will be taken under consideration as to a future Conference. However, we proceed always in a manner which will be of the greatest benefit to all the evolutions of the Earth, and the reaction of the chelas to Radiation and the environs thereof. Most certainly you derive pleasure from certain excursions, as we shall call them, but first and foremost is the benefaction there from which will result to all. 

You well know that when this sweet Star has been returned to her original Perfection, every lifestream abiding hereon will be engaged in the activity of Precipitation of Good. Since precipitation is taking place at all times, through the various processes of thought and feeling, it is high time the chelas come to realize that a tremendous amount of energy has been released by Heaven's Sons and Daughters to train you in the true way of living. 

Oh, I most certainly do not discount the magnificent progress which each of you has made this past twelve-month period, and as you have been told by others during this Class; your co­operation is most commendable. 

As the Director of a group of salesmen realizes, he must keep those who represent him in the field on-their-toes at all times. We, too, as your Directors continually prod you on, or I would prefer to say, endeavor to encourage you in the 'selling' of God's Good in the world of form. All the beautiful merchandise pictured in a catalogue is worth naught if the actual article which is for sale does not come up to the standard given therein. We present to you the Standard through which to not only perfect yourselves, but the Planet and her evolutions, and the Cosmic Law requires of us that this release of energy on our part be balanced by those of you who yet abide on the physical plane. Oh, yes, you know all this, but you do not actually understand, until you can accept it, and in this acceptance prove the Law. Remember the old saying 'the proof of the pudding is in the eating thereof'. That applies also to understanding of the Spiritual Law. 

Our Beloved World-Teacher Kuthumi was given the assignment of speaking to you about the Youth of the World, and I would add a few words on this subject. It does not require that I go into a long dissertation to apprise you of the fact that as many of you are nearing the end of your sojourn on this Earth, we require others to take your place, and where but to the younger generation, whose inner vehicles are thoroughly impregnated with the Spiritual Law, should we turn our attention. Youth is the hope of the future, and it is the responsibility of the enlightened chelas to make calls for the youth. Those who do not ordinarily have contact with the younger generation have a responsibility to do this, knowing that through their calls for purification and illumination many will find their way into the Light! 

I wish now to direct your attention to the obedience and constancy of the Angelic Host, who are playing such an important part in these glorious Meetings. Obedience to the Will of God is their purpose and the magnificent expressions of happiness in so doing is beautiful to witness. 

Prior to the beginning of this Conclave last Sunday, the Beings of the Elemental Kingdom erected a huge amphitheatre over this Meeting place, extending the width and breadth of Long Island. This was done as an accommodation, and in recognition of the Angelic Kingdom who will fill this amphitheatre from the beginning, to the conclusion of the Meetings tomorrow. The Angelic Beings of each Ray, under their mighty over-Lords, have played a tremendous part at each Class, and in some instances that fact has been mentioned. 

Each day, those serving on that Ray have worn garments in the color of the Ray, and today completing the Seven Rays, all the colors are displayed. Seldom have we witnessed such a glorious display of the Light Colors of the Spectrum. Tomorrow, the Blue Ray will form the outer rim, or Protection, for all that has come forth at these Meetings, sealing your consciousness in the Will of God, and lending safe convoy to your outer vehicles as you journey to your respective habitats. 

These glorious Rays, through your obedience to the Presence of God, have caused an expansion of your own Causal Bodies, and viewed with the Inner Sight the Beauty of your Light Beings is a Glory to behold, as you contemplate the Blessings which you have received, and accepted, by your attendance here. 

In the very center of the amphitheatre has been constructed a glorious Lamp of Truth, as you have been apprised, and each day the Beings who have graciously addressed you, have added their Pure Crystalline Light to its Aura. I say without reservation, that as one who is accustomed to expressions of Beauty in the Realms of Infinity, this demonstration by the Angelic Beings far surpasses any they have given in the Seventh Ray Dispensation. 

For many years I have brought to your attention the fact that Angels and men would walk together, and truly that is becoming more and more evident. The Angelic Legions of Purity and Transmutation are ever so grateful to have you summon them to wend their way through the atmosphere of Earth intensifying the activity of the Violet Fire, or the Blue and White Flame of Purity and Protection, and of all Rays when invited. 

There are some among you who use an intensified activity of the First, Fourth and Seventh Rays to call forth Protection and Purity for your own specific locale and this is truly commendable. When we have chelas all-over the Planet who will desire to do this, the dear, blessed Earth will be the recipient of a constant purifying and protecting activity which will result in the restoration of her pristine Purity and Beauty. Even as you have houses or apartments for your protection from the various elements, which are necessary for the continuation and sustenance of life upon the Planet, so will the Purifying and Protecting Fire render a similar service to the Earth herself, and Beloved, Blessed Virgo's Body will no longer be defiled by the destructive use of free will by those not yet acquainted with the Spiritual Law. 

Always remember the dedicated and important activity of the Angelic Host and invite them to be your constant companions as you journey forward in the Light to your ultimate Victory, the Ascension! 

My Beloved Portia has graciously and happily accompanied me today and it is her desire to say a few words to you. I now present my lovely Lady, the Goddess of Justice:

Hail, thou Children of God, I salute the Flaming Presence dwelling within your hearts! 

I presume you are aware of the fact that ordinarily I do not display the gentleness of my Beloved, and today is no exception. 

"I AM" also known as 'The Goddess of Opportunity' and I come to impress upon you the fact that you have an opportunity at this time which is seldom presented to lifestreams abiding upon the Earth. It is not the case that the opportunity comes because of you; partly yes, but actually due to the fact that a Cosmic Change in the Planetary System draws nigh. I wish forcibly to state, you made a Vow to the Spiritual Hierarchy, in my Presence, that you would do great things to assist the Earth in her forward evolution. 

You took an important and necessary step, when you accepted the Beings on this side of the veil, as actual Radiating Centers of Light, and serving in Light Bodies in a Higher Realm than that in which you presently abide. Good! We concede that fact, then, you had the Faith to listen to, and abide by our Instructions for this Project, to a degree. Yes, you have done well in the purification of your own lifestreams and of the other inhabitants of the Planet as well. I must, however, state that there is still too much consideration of your own personal affairs and well-being. 

Now, like a General who has trained his men for a specific action, I tell you do not let up for an instant on your application of the Law; this drilling, as it were, is of utmost importance. You know not the hour when your Service may be consummated and you will receive the Summons to come home, nor do you know the hour when the Cosmic Push will take place! 

The opportunity of being aware of the activities of the Spiritual Hierarchy and being allowed the sacred privilege of consciously serving with us is not given to all men. It is a Cosmic Opportunity, and I have bestowed it upon you. You are responsible to me, even as "I AM" to my Superiors. 

Let Alertness and Obedience be your watchwords, and all shall come to pass in Divine Order! I wish to indelibly imprint this admonition upon your consciousness, with a prayer to the Supreme Source of All Life that you shall from this day henceforth be ever in a State of Listening Grace, your vehicles pure, attuned to the Presence of God, and Obedient to that Directing Intelligence of your own lifestream. Remember my words!

Almighty Infinite God, Supreme Being enfolding the Universe within thy Heart, I gather the Love of these blessed ones here assembled and place it as a bouquet before thy sacred feet, and may the perfume of its Essence be ever expanding, as they, thy children, become more and more cognizant of your all-embracing Goodness and Love Divine. I, your humble and grateful Servant, bow in gratitude for having been endowed with conscious intelligence, a Gift of thy own very self. 

Dear, blessed children, I thank you for your attention, which I know will bear abundant fruit in the days ahead.

"When there are all over the Planet enough lifestreams to hold the energy harmonized over and in and around your great cities, it is exactly like oil on troubled waters and will have the effect of placid lakes instead of those turbulent seas. These great lakes of energy will be magnetized and sustained by the trained students and as they increase, they will have the same effect as the electrons as they expand and meet electrons - these lakes of PEACE will grow until the turbulent sea has been entirely stilled and then you have a Planetary atmosphere of Cosmic Peace through which no discord can longer exist." 

Beloved ones, we bring this to your attention, for as you continue in your calls for Peace, the momentum shall grow and expand and truly will this Planet feel the ensuing emanation of Unity and Peace, for which all right-thinking individuals strive. God bless you.
