Oh, thou Omnipotent and mighty Creator of this Universe, I bow in recognition and humility of thy great Love and Wisdom; thou who hast created such a vast and ever-expanding Kingdom, in which we, thy children, have the glorious privilege of following thy Directives and adding to the Perfection of thy Kingdom. Do thou, in thy gracious understanding, bless these little ones here gathered to pay homage to thee, and who carry within their hearts the burning desire to emulate and be their own Individualized God Presence in action, those Expressions of Divinity which are the true cells in thy magnificent body. 

In thy Love thou hest permitted me to hold the Sacred Office of Lord of the World, and through this privilege I send forth loving protection and wisdom, imbuing the chelas always with the tenacity of my Spirit, that constancy which is required for attainment of their Divine Mission on this Planet. Joining my energies with theirs, we kneel within our hearts in acknowledgment that thou art the All-Powerful Ruler of the Universe. 

Oh beloved and blessed of children, my heart wells with gratitude that you have proceeded thus far in the attainment of your Victory in the Light. Since you all convened here a short year ago to pay homage to the Creator, and to receive the Divine Directives to fulfill the Plan for which you are now in embodiment, I joyously wish to tell you that your Light has expanded to a degree which has exceeded that which we thought you might attain in that period of so-called time. Heaven's Love and Protection be about you always as you further ascend the Sacred Mount of Attainment, but like those rugged and fearless individuals who are victorious in reaching the Peaks of the highest physical mountains, one must always have the Faith, the knowing feeling, that one day fulfillment of a purpose must and shall be accomplished. I commend you to the sacred care of your own Individualized God Presence, within whose Heart there is no failure. 

My Heart is filled with happiness and gratitude for those Beloved Beings of the Spiritual Hierarchy, with whom it is my honor to serve, who so diligently, and with no condemnation in their great Hearts for any so-called failures of the children of Earth, have sponsored you, dear ones. The Bond of their Love is a beautiful cable into the physical appearance world, joining their Hearts with those chelas on Earth who so assiduously endeavor to follow the Instructions set forth for them, and who are learning more and more, that it is the God-Presence within their hearts who can set them Free from the shackles of human thinking, and that through the submission of the lower vehicles to Divinity, there is no recession in their progress in the Light.

Great and mighty Jophiel and all who serve with thee, feed the reservoir of the consciousness of the dedicated chelas with the Flaming Essence of Constancy, which thou hest the privilege of dispensing, through the gathered momentum of thy obedience to the Law of the Father, and which surely does expand with each outflow, for we know that an All-Wise and Loving Parent replenishes the supply in even greater capacity than the giving. Vast is the Well-Spring of Love and Understanding! 

It is a beautiful thing to see the developed expressions of the various Qualities which, as I have stated, have expanded in mighty proportions during the past twelve month period, and the wonderful blending of this bouquet was so evident as you walked the grounds of Shamballa and, in holy reverence, gave acknowledgment to the Supreme Source of all. Yes, children, you are growing in understanding love, which carries a buoyant feeling of Happiness. Each and every Member of the Hierarchy who are presently honoring us with their Presence, in the etheric Temple over the property, are eager to direct the attention of each other to the certain development of specific chelas whom they have sponsored for the present Service. Their Beings are filled with deep gratitude for your obedience to the Spiritual Law, and the expansion of God's Will on Earth. 

Well, I have waxed strong on the attainment of the chelas, and I wish to assure you, none is happier than my humble self. I give you the foregoing for no other reason, than to encourage you to the further expansion of your. Light, and counsel you to be ever on the alert for the destructive worm of spiritual pride, which indeed is a tool in the hands of those who would impede your progress. 

I wish to draw your attention to the fact that those Beings who are designated as the Sponsors of the Year, are chosen after very careful and purposeful deliberation, and who keep in their consciousness always, the most important requirement for the development of the peoples of this Orb. The Members of the Hierarchy so chosen, tirelessly without cessation, lend their energies to a specific development in the hearts and consciousness of all the lifestreams on the Earth Planet of the Qualities and Virtues which they have drawn forth through centuries of serving the Supreme Source of all Life. 

The Selected Activity with its attendant Gifts, for each year, is one which is sometimes taken lightly. The chelas should daily remember their opportunity, and responsibility, to feed their energies into the requirement given them. We do not casually give you the Thought-Form. It is not just something which is to please you, but a definite Pattern or mold, a Cup which is to be energized by your energies, not just left to the Hierarchy. The Thought-Form for each year is a Sacred Externalization, given to assist you to hold the Pattern in your consciousness, lest you forget the activity which is taking place during a twelve-month period. I trust that I shall not have to remind the chelas of this again, and I know that any who have been remiss in their responsibility, will happily lend their energies to this Purpose the remainder of the period. 

The Pathway of Light between Shamballa and the Rocky Mountain Retreat is tremendously expanded during this Conference, and the chelas in happy anticipation of meeting with the Beings to whom they have a particular affinity, are wending their way to and fro, in company with a Member of the Rocky Mountain Retreat, who has generously offered to accompany them between the two Foci. Everything permitted by Cosmic Law is being done to expand the consciousness of the chelas and some of the Great Ones whom you do not have actual converse with, through the Releases in THE BRIDGE, except on infrequent occasions, are so eager and willing to do all they can to further your progress and share with you the Gifts of their Beings. To mention two - the Beloved Harmony and God Ling, who realize that to develop your understanding of the Law, you must be harmonious in your feelings, and that Harmony must be present in all your lower vehicles, if you are to partake of true Happiness. 

Joyous is Light's Service, and as you further proceed upon the journey home, you will cognize the importance of the development of Happiness - not the frothy, sporadic kind, but the ever-flowing buoyancy of Radiation which exhilarates, but does not exceed the proportions of Balance, ever! Yes, Balance, in all things, that activity which, as you know, I stressed through the centuries and which I have proven in my own development to be so required in all one's actions. There is a fine line of demarcation between 'stability' and over-zealousness, which places one in the category of the fanatic. There is no room for the fanaticism of the zealot in your advancement in the Light! 

You carry within your hearts the Immortal Three-Fold Flame of Divinity which is the balancing Power of your beings, and as such you should realize that Balance is an integral part of the God-Power Almighty! Carry this knowledge with you always, and as you heed my admonition, you will grow in love and understanding. 

Now I have something to relate which I hope will especially please you, and add to your enjoyment. Many of you, and rightly so, have been keenly interested in what you term in the outer world 'space ships'. Well, it was the idea of Beloved Hilarion, who, permitted to use extended God Powers this year (due to the fact that the Fifth Ray is predominant in its activities), arranged for conveyances from both Venus and Uranus to transport you this evening from Shamballa to the Rocky Mountain Retreat, and then to return you to Long Island. I wonder how many, when they awaken tomorrow morning, will remember some of this, shall we call it 'exploit'! 

We seek to gratify every desire of your hearts which will serve to expand your Light, and that expansion is accomplished through entering here-to-fore unknown fields. I would not be the least surprised, you see I have the privilege of reading the consciousness of other Beings when I so desire, if the "Pilots" of the space ships took you a round-about way to the Retreat at the Rocky Mountains, and decided much could be accomplished by a short stopover at Uranus or Venus, as the case might be. You know that you have been traveling to these Stars for instructions, and to others too, but a trip in a space ship hither and thither, we believe, would afford you happiness, although naturally you realize that this means of transportation is not required when one has developed in the power of Levitation. However, there is diversification in the Higher Realms, and that is one reason we are transporting you in this manner. 

When you become acquainted with this mode of travel, and learn that there is nothing of an unusual nature in the space conveyance, and have that feeling firmly anchored in your consciousness, who knows but some day you will be able to consciously 'board' one of them for a journey into what sometimes is called the blue yonder! A requisite for this feat is a harmonious, balanced, purified set of lower vehicles capable of entering into higher levels of Radiation. 

To the ladies, I say, waste not your time wondering what type of space-suit will be necessary. Oh, yes, I know what goes on in the minds of the children of Earth. If, and when, this should be permitted, think you the Ascended Host are incapable of providing you with the necessary protective garments? Indeed they are! Lest in my enthusiasm to bring you happiness, I delve into details for which your consciousness is not yet ready, I shall close this portion of my Communication. 

Tomorrow you are to be blessed with the Release of the Love of our Lord and King, the Ascended Master Saint Germain, and so I recommend that you prepare well for his coming into your physical midst. It is, as you know, the Love of this Great One that brought the knowledge of the Violet Fire to your attention, and that you are now privileged to use that Divine Alchemy for the transmutation of the imperfections in yourselves and in all life. 

Before this boon was released to the outer world, the rigorous training which was given in the physical Retreats would have taken you much longer and through a more arduous course of purification. In Saint Germain's great Love, and his Wisdom, knowing that the Earth Planet which he so dearly loves was a recalcitrant Orb, through the indulgence and indolence of its inhabitants, received permission to release the knowledge of the Violet Fire and its application to Earth's children. 

When a Friends provides you with such a Gift - one which does not diminish but increases with use, and is on hand at all times, does it seem too much to ask that you gratefully accept the Gift by using it? Saint Germain would never ask for Personal gratitude. The Hierarchy never entertains such a thought, for we know that all Good is of God and by applying the instruction given, is the way to honor the Almighty, and to the One Supreme Source is all homage due. 

Enfolding you in the Love of my Being, and the Radiation of Balance, Understanding and Wisdom, I join you in adoration of the Creator of all Life, everywhere, "I AM"
