Welcome, friends of my Heart, to Darjeeling, where it shall be my privilege to greet you, instruct you, and expect great accomplishment from you in this dynamic year of Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-Six just dawning. 

Children of the Father, the Peace with which we are all endeavoring to infiltrate the consciousness of the peoples of this Earth and make a manifest fact is not something which is easy of attainment. 

A Radiation of the nature which accompanies the Virtue of Peace is always preceded by great chaos. For the verification of that fact, one need not go into detail, the evidence is everywhere about you. 

While you are guests at my Retreat, you will all receive very definite instruction on carrying out the Will of God, individually and for the Planet. Need I tell you the determination of my Nature will be evident, and it is my humble prayer that some of it will rub off on you'. 

In my stern, as you would characterize it, manner I have already formulated plans 'by which any lackadaisical feelings in your beings will get a goodly amount of forceful radiation from my humble self, as well as all the Members of the Brotherhood at Darjeeling. There will be no dilly-dallying for the TIME IS NOW to use the Powers of the Sacred Fire which have been presented to you these many years for the freeing of the Earth and her evolutions from the 'chains' of imperfection which still bind her round. 

I most certainly do not say the foregoing to arouse any fear in you, but I do wish to forcibly impress upon you the necessity for HOLDING YOUR OWN INDIVIDUAL PEACE, at any cost, using your already developed powers of love and balance. 

In your endeavors, steadfastly FACE THE LIGHT, knowing that in that Light you have the Beacon to guide you on your forward journey on the Path to Eternal Freedom! 

Why do I present this side of my Nature at the very outset of the New Year? Because I love you, and because your constructive and resolute use of the Energy given to you so freely, must be qualified with Perfection to accomplish the transformation of this Planet and her evolutions and ready her furtherance of the Permanent Golden Age. 

May I humbly counsel you to remember that the Will of God is Good; the Will of God is Power; and the Will of God is LOVE, and I, your obedient Servant am an Exponent of the First Ray - THE WILL OF GOD!
