Message from Lord Divino
September 14, 1966
From the Buddhic Consciousness which I enjoy and use, I greet you and come to tell you that in the worshipful Presence of our Beloved Gautama, we of the Spiritual Hierarchy shall welcome you to the Festivities and Ceremonies at Shamballa, during the period of November 15 through December 14, 1966, where it shall be our pleasure to release to you the Radiation of Shamballa, along with that of the guests who will assemble here during this Period.
You will observe that I have begun by stating "from the Buddhic Consciousness", and I do this with a purposeful meaning. As we proceed along the Path of Evolution, even as do you, and graduate from one level to a higher, it is because we have been trained and use a preceding level as a stepping-stone to a more advanced knowledge of the Cosmos.
You will remember that both Gautama Buddha and I were in training specifically at the same time, and he was able through his expanded Light to qualify for the exalted position of Lord of the World, and I a lesser position, taking the one of the Buddha which he vacated through his elevation.
Now, there are instances where a higher level of consciousness is attained and one advances in Understanding and Light, but through necessity still holds and executes the Services or Duties of their position at the time of advancement. In this manner, they can release the added Illumination to those under their jurisdiction, thus forwarding the evolution of all so blessed.
As Director of the Seventh Ray, which is the Final Ray for this Cycle, our Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain, is the Presiding Hierarch, or King. At the time of his Coronation, he began preparation for and now enjoys that which you know as the Ĉolic Consciousness, but that did not, or still does not; preclude the fact that he is the Guiding Presence of the Seventh Ray Dispensation.
Further, our former Maha Chohan, now the Cosmic Holy Spirit, is the Life-Breath for the entire Ĉolic Consciousness for this System, and it is his privilege to use the name of Ĉolus, and in deference to his High Estate, is usually referred to as Holy Ĉolus. In his case, his beloved son, Paul, had been trained and qualified for the position of Maha Chohan, and now functions from that consciousness, being the immediate Superior to the Chohans of the Rays, at that level of Service.
As those beloved chelas who receive THE BULLETIN each week know, they are privileged to receive a quarterly Release directly from the Cosmic Holy Spirit, Ĉolus. Those who receive this worded Release have qualified for this Blessing and Gift through the 'stepping stone' of THE BULLETIN.
Anticipating the happiness which we shall enjoy as you come to Shamballa, especially to present your sheaves, according to your advancement in the Light, and all through the period when the Hierarchy are assembled at the Central Focus for this Planet,
