Greetings and welcome, thrice welcome, beloved friends of my Heart! It is jolly good to greet you on this the opening day of our Conference. You will notice this year I made certain I could be on hand with the Beloved Lady Miriam to give you the Official welcome. I say, I believe this is my prerogative! 

Jove, it is wonderful to talk with you this morning and to be received with the blessed enthusiasm of your dear hearts, and to observe your progress at close proximity. Not that I do not always have my eye on you! World conditions expressing as they are, I have to admit to being rather engrossed in affairs of state. However, my blessed tried and true friends always have a place of importance on my agenda, and in the Heart of the "task master" El Morya, who is really a loving Guru! 

I have come from Tibet where I have been using all the Powers of my Being to bring Asia into a semblance of her God Design. I have through the years been determinedly endeavoring to assist the peoples of the East out of their lethargy and into action, to co-operate with the Divine Plan which is theirs. 

Imagine why I feel so gloriously happy to be in your midst today, to be among those who will listen to what I have to say. I have been pressing, and pressing, my Feeling of God's Will into the consciousness of the peoples of the East, to whom I have a great responsibility, since I voluntarily applied to the Cosmic Law to be of assistance specifically to this portion of the Earth. 

I have the privilege from time to time of being joined in my little 'stronghold' in Tibet by the Beloved Gandhi (who, in my humble opinion, left the Earth plane too soon, for none has been able to replace him in unifying the peoples of India, in the common Cause of Good). This little Sanctuary, which I have referred to as my stronghold, is in an inaccessible place where I visit often to pray and draw forth the Powers of God's Will, and often when the Beloved Gandhi is with me, we get such an upsurge of feeling when perhaps we see a streamer of Light from the Western world directed to Asia, emanating from some chela or chelas deciding it would be a good idea to assist El Morya and his charges in the East! 

There is much brewing in the East, and I beg of you to give your energy in Calls for the many Nations which make up this Hemisphere (There is much, much suffering and deprivation, and fear, in this part of the Globe and it is expedient that not only the now 'warring' countries receive assistance but all in this complex part of the Earth. Enough for this! 

You will perhaps remember that while walking the plane of Earth, I was avidly interested in Astronomy. At the time of the birth of Beloved Jesus, as one of the Wise Men, this was brought to mankind's attention, so perhaps you can understand that I am still engaged in the study of Celestial Fixities and moveable positions, with the view to Cosmic Influence on the Earth and other planets in the System. So, please pay strict attention to what I have to say. 

There has been much prediction as to the malefic influence, and the influence of natural phenomena which will play upon the Earth at certain conjunctions of the Stars and Planets. Please be assured, and I say this in my most positive manner - set aside all fear and conjecture as to what is going to happen to the Earth, and to you, individually, and be about the Father's Business of fulfilling the Divine Plan for the Planet and her evolutions, else you are going to get yourself in a tizzy (I believe the meaning of that is a foolishly distracted state of mind). I did not have the opportunity, or the inclination, to refer to Webster to check this. 

Any who let their consciousness dwell on these dire aspects are wasting God's Energy, which is given to them for a constructive purpose. When I say dissipating God's Energy, I do not imply that you will shorten your life-span, that is the province of the Lords of Karma, but you can very well shorten the usefulness of the time allotted your lifestream. Bah! All the 'to-do' about when Planetary Changes will come results in the absorption of fear into your vehicles, and in the majority of instances, fear of what will happen to the petty little self. I never give my word that is make a promise which I do not intend to keep, that would be against Spiritual Law, particularly for one on this side of the veil. So dear and blessed chelas, co-workers in the father's vineyard, if and when the time comes that you should be alerted about any Cosmic Change, I shall come in no matter what part of the universe "I AM" at the time and give you sufficient and ample instructions as to what you should and would be expected to do! So put the subject to bed for a good long Rip Van Winkle sleep! Subject now closed! 

It seems to me there are a lot of hues and cries coming from the people of this Earth about Its over-population! If you will look upon the historical records of the evolutions of this Planet, you will realize that fertility is more predominant in certain periods in the Earth's evolution, and at other times there is a recession. Anyone who has occult knowledge should realize that the control of the Earth's population should be through the proper control of the Life Essence of one's being. Any other means will result in what you term "side effects" of a less than constructive nature oh, perhaps not immediately, but it is imperative that man must learn to control all his excesses and not degrade himself at the level of beastliness. Incidentally, you did not evolve from that Kingdom! And when I say "man" I refer to both genders. 

Now, I do not intend to engage in tedious iteration, following the admonition of others of the Spiritual Hierarchy when it is necessary to repeat, as though it was a continual reproach, about the requirement of becoming the Christ in action at all times! It is an act of the greatest kindness that we continually counsel you to strive for Perfection which is rightfully yours, in the becoming the Christ Presence, and remaining in that state of Consciousness. You have made tremendous strides in this direction, and you will realize why it is opportune at this time to call your attention to the new and more advanced Holy Trinity Picture, which tie present to you for your edification today. 

I ask you to kindly turn your attention to this picturization, without any human opinion as to how you think it should have been portrayed. I shall now proceed to give you an explanation: 

As you will observe, the Holy Christ Self, or Golden man, has emerged from the confines of entombment by the human, and is now active, with the lower self receding, from the prominence which it heretofore enjoyed. The Light around the human figure denotes the purified etheric vehicle. This should bring great encouragement to those who have attained this state of consciousness and be an objective for those who are striving toward this end. Beloved ones, this Holy Trinity Picture is presented to you at this time because you have all progressed on the Spiritual Path, and contemplation will assist you to further enlightenment. 

Before turning your attention to the mighty Elohim Hercules, who will speak to you from his Focus in Switzerland, I wish to assure you, beloved ones, that I love you, and that feeling is shared by my beloved and Lovely Lady Miriam who is on this Platform with me today, and will be at Shamballa all during this Conference, to share in your joy in being the recipients of greater than usual Blessings from the Spiritual Hierarchy.

Hail, mighty Focuses of God's Love, endeavoring to express the Will of the Father in this physical appearance world, I greet you in loving gratitude for your Service to Life! 

You are aware, beloved ones that our blessed Ascended Master Saint Germain has long envisioned a World Brotherhood, first in Europe, and which through certain karmic restrictions on the individuals through whom it was hoped this would come to pass, that Vision did not manifest as fact. 

His Vision of World Brotherhood is pulsating in the ethers over Shamballa, and now that the European Continent is firmly aligned to the Central Focus of the Spiritual Hierarchy on Long Island, he is rejoicing that the Brotherhood of European Nations can become an actuality! Oh, beloved chelas in Europe, I plead with you not to dash his hopes to the ground this time. Whether you realize it or not, your etheric and mental vehicles are quite securely aligned to the country in which you reside, even though your blessed hearts are united in Service to the Supreme Source of all Life. 

Some have wondered why we have chosen Switzerland as the Headquarters of the European Activity. Into our glorious Focus in the Etheric Realm over Zurich, energy from every Retreat flows and is qualified with the Power to do God's Will, and with the Protection which it is my privilege to clothe the energy, it goes on its journey throughout the Universe. 

Beloved El Morya comes here often from his Focus of God's Will at Darjeeling, and you know his determination to assist the Beloved Saint Germain in every way possible, and we are encouraged that the ties of Light from this Continent are firmly joined with the Central Focus, through the active participation of chelas on both Continents. 

You also realize that Switzerland is a neutral Country, and with all the determination of my Being, it shall remain so. It is uncontaminated by the bloodshed which has been spilled on many other Nations and thus, in this neutrality, it is not fed by the seeds of militant aggressiveness. 

Blessed servers in the Vineyard of God's Will, how I long to impress upon your consciousness, upon. your feelings, that Oneness which we of the Spiritual Hierarchy enjoy, and to so indelibly become a part of your vehicles that you will all, no matter in what Country you abide, will know that the Presence of God is there... God is everywhere! 

The Spiritual Hierarchy require specific locations from whence flow certain Activities of the Supreme Source of all Life, for man has not yet learned that there is no time or space in the Universe when Cosmic Consciousness is entered into and becomes part of one's very being. By directing the attention of the chelas to certain Foci on the Earth, that enables the Directors in charge of those Retreats, and the Brothers and Sisters serving with them along the various Rays, and through this attention, energizing of a specific Ray can be enjoyed for the benefaction of that Virtue or Quality to the various locations on the Earth, and the dedicated chelas can accelerate the entire Planet with the Gifts on which they have built a momentum. 

This is going to be a noteworthy Conference for the chelas of THE BRIDGE TO FREEDOM, and when our chelas are imbued with the Will of God, they recognize their responsibility to dispense the Gifts of God, to all life, in every country, unto the most remote section, that is, remote so far as your present consciousness is concerned. 

You can see how all our Activities have a well laid and thought-out plan, and it is for this reason that we are presenting you the priceless Booklet on Consciousness, a copy of which we sincerely trust every chela will avail himself, and through the studying and application thereof, become more deeply impregnated with the Oneness of All Life and its attendant benefactions!

Before closing, I would like to tell you that the Thought Form for this Class is the same as that of the Year, with the addition of a beautiful Dove of Peace over the Globe of Violet Fire, it, too, sending forth the Radiance of Pure Divine Love, as symbolized by the pulsating Pink Heart. 

Our Beloved El Morya and his beautiful Lady Miriam will remain as the Host and Hostess of your Luncheon which will follow this Class, and be assured that the Ray of God's and the Protection thereof, is firmly anchored in your Beings and will be intensified all during this week and will see you safely home, as you return to your personal orbits at the close thereof.
