Faithful chelas, My brothers and sisters, who have consciously placed your feet on the Pathway of Light, setting aside the demands of the lower self in service to all Life, I greet you on this happy occasion. Kindly be seated.
Please feel the Love flowing from My Being in sincere gratitude for your cooperation with the Sponsors of this year. As one of those Sponsors, an opportunity has been provided Me to engage the consciousness of the chelas in an intensified manner, for your attention has been turned toward Me as you have complied with the directives of the Thought Form for the year. I take this felicitous time to bring you the Love of all of the Sponsors, and Our Blessed enfolding Spirit of the Year, Lady Nada.
You have given Us an avenue through your love and attention to greatly amplify Our individual Gifts to Life, and to carry out the Plan presented to Us by the Lord of the World, Beloved Gautama.
Could you see the Mercy Flame encompassing the Earth and rendering tremendous service, you would certainly feel that your efforts have been worth all the energy you have expended in cooperation with My particular Service.
When the Quality of Mercy is mentioned, many turn their attention to the physical laws which govern the Earth, but greater by far is the Spiritual Activity of Mercy to Life. It is an act of Mercy to remove any and all burdens – the accumulation of inharmoniously qualified energy expressing through any part of life - through the simple expedient of calling forth the Flame of Mercy into the condition and then have FAITH in Its efficacy. In so doing, the Light of the Quality expands and expands. You certainly realize that it is the dispelling of darkness and the removal of the shroud of imperfection which is required to restore this Planet to Her original Design.
Mercy and Love travel hand in hand, and Beloved Victory's glorious radiation has spread its essence in, through and around all Life. It is the Victory of God principles expressing on this Earth to which We are all lending Our energies, and I am most happy to tell you that tremendous progress has been made these past months.
Blessed Lord Ling, the God of Happiness, has spoken to you about His dearly beloved China, and I would like to add My deep gratitude for the progress that has been made in Governmental Circles toward uniting the East and West. There is no separateness in God's Heart, and our Beloved Saint Germain's Plan for World Brotherhood IS making headway - it has advanced from a Vision in His Heart and is now becoming a FACT!
The Great Elysia, Silent Watcher of the United States, has long waited for the Plan held in Her Heart to manifest this Divine Design which was given into Her Consciousness long before this Country was even dreamed of in the minds of humanity.
Do not all the changes throughout the Planet indicate that the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth can manifest? True, there are many, many obstacles which have to be overcome by the various countries on this Orb. However, EXAMPLE is a great Teacher, and it will be a case of 'following the Leader' toward Perfection and Unity. Yes, the attainment of a Goal is not accomplished without perseverance, but with so many dedicated people
throughout this Earth beginning to see the Light of Day, the Spiritual Hierarchy are thankful beyond your present outer comprehension for what has been accomplished thus far. Mercy embodies Tolerance, compassion for the less fortunate members of the human race. One must have a broad understanding of others to truly be the Mercy Flame in Action.When one thinks of Mercy, he automatically tunes in to the Creator of us all. It is in true compassionate Love that the Father-Mother God assigns certain Qualities or Virtues to various individuals on the Ladder of Evolution who have attained Their Freedom in the Light, and have also gained a momentum on a particular avenue, in order that They may assist Their brothers and sisters less evolved into their Freedom in the Light.
It has been said, and truly, that "Mercy doth flow like a gentle rain from Heaven". Even as the water element nourishes the Earth and brings vegetation to fruition, so does the Mercy Flame enrich all Life as It is called forth.
In this Seventh Ray Dispensation under the jurisdiction of our Lord and King, Saint Germain, the Era in which it is the Edict of the Cosmic Law that the Cycle of the Seven Rays be fulfilled and Perfection come forth, one can understand without detailed worded expression why it is so important to USE and USE the Violet Flame of Mercy and Compassion to accomplish the fulfillment of the Cosmic Law.
When this New Age of Freedom is more fully expressed, then will you see the manifestation of the Ceremonial Ray, which Saint Germain holds in His Heart, then will you see the Angelic Host serving by your side. If you would give more attention to the Angelic Host and drawing Them closer into your own personal environment, and into that of others, you would be giving a tremendous service to all the evolutions of this Planet. These glorious Beings do welcome every opportunity to be of assistance, but are limited in Their outpouring unless some unascended beings invoke Their Presence.
That is why the special Feasts celebrated the world round, such as Christmas and Easter are so important. At these times the Angelic Host are drawn closer to the Earth through humanity's attention upon Them, and Their Radiation is accelerated through this magnetization.
There are countless Members of the Angelic Host here at Shamballa for this Class, and everywhere a chela is tuning in to the Radiation, Their Beings are filled with Happiness, and Their Light expands and expands when They see a chela who has given Them a more than passing thought.
Today the Legions of Mercy are ensouling this Focus, and may I suggest that you sing "To the Angels" at the close of this release, this will amplify the stockpile of Love which They are accumulating, which will be used to blanket the Earth on Sunday.
I wish to thank you for the attention which you have given to the Elemental Kingdom, and I would apprise you that your attention to these Beings has brought great comfort to them. A bond is being formed which will result in the Brotherhood of the Three Kingdoms - the Angelic, the human and the elemental. It has been a long, long time, - since there has been even a slight association or cooperation between these Kingdoms.. We have said time and again that the Three Kingdoms must blend in unified service to bring the Permanent Golden Age into manifestation on this Planet.
So, when we give you directives which may seem repetitious to you, it is because more application is required on a specific line of service. Speaking specifically of the closer association with the Angels and the Beings of the Elements, I do so knowing of the expanded spiritual well-being which you will enjoy in further blending your energies in cooperative endeavor.
As We come to the conclusion of this Release, I ask you to visualize a tremendous Fountain of Violet Fire over this Sanctuary with the Flame of Mercy descending in a mighty cascade, drenching all of your vehicles with the Essence of God's Compassionate Love, and as a result of this Heavenly Anointing, I believe that you will have a greater understanding, and will feel it is a privilege to acknowledge the activity of the Violet Fire, which is truly a Gift of Love from the Heart of God.
At this moment, the Beloved Saint Germain is standing within that Fountain of Violet Fire. His countenance is giving forth a radiant Pink Light as He sends His Love to you and to all Life. He is now raising His hands in Benediction as He charges the Angelic Host to direct the Violet Fire through every cell and atom of your being, trusting this will form a closer bond of love between you and the Angelic Legions of the Seventh Ray.
The acceptance of the Activities of the Seventh Ray must precede the expression of the Will of God - the First Ray. It is the Activity of the Circle, the more purification one can bring forth, the greater the release of the Will of God.
As I conclude this Address, I have the great honor of joining with Saint Germain and other Members of the Seventh Ray in blessing you with Our great Love. Always remember that your Sister Kwan Yin is the Servant of your Light and your Love.
