Dear dedicated Disciples of the Holy Spirit, what a privilege it is to be in your midst today. I bring you the expanded Blessings of the Cosmic Holy Spirit Æolus and all the sons and daughters of Heaven this beautiful day when we celebrate the Anniversary of Whitsuntide.

Lovely ones, you know the story of the first Whitsuntide which has been repeated for your refreshment this morning, and I want you to feel the Holy Spirit within your blessed hearts, the true Christ Self seated upon the throne of Divinity. Withdraw your attention from all things of the outer and feel that pulsating Spirit of the Almighty, which beats your blessed hearts.

Be conscious of the Doves of the Holy Spirit which are in your auras, and now feel a tremendous Ray of Light from the Cosmic Dove over Long Island penetrating every atom and cell of your being until the Peace that is of the Holy Spirit fills your worlds, fills your auras with the anointing of Peace which is being released today.

I now purposely pause for a moment so you will feel that Sacred Essence flowing through you, and when one receives a Spiritual Gift he is required to dispense it to all Life. So now, each one, send the Blessing of Peace, the Peace of the Holy Spirit to all Life on this dear Earth.

May those hearts upon this Planet, who so require this Anointing, receive it this day in great abundance. The Cosmic Dove is sending forth a tremendous blessing this day, its Light expanded through the glorious Radiation of Holy Æolus. Feel the Descent of the Holy Spirit to all Life, everywhere.

Now my beloved ones, as I have previously stated, you all know the story of Whitsuntide, but I believe you will rejoice when I tell you the activity of this day.

Beloved Serapis, Hierarch of the Retreat at Luxor, and all the Hierarchy are indeed pleased with the activity which is taking place at Luxor by reason the 'Lake' of Violet Fire surrounding the Etheric Temple in the amphitheater, so Serapis and I, after a very meditative meeting, decided to request a special blessing for the Planet Earth today. We journeyed to the throne of mighty Alpha and Omega and asked for a special privilege, and this morning we are in the company of the magnificent Goddess of Liberty, who will now speak to you:

Beloved Goddess of Liberty

Beloved staunch hearts of Light and Love, I come to you today because I love you - I love all Life... and I come because of the Focus of Liberty in the New York Harbor and in this Sanctuary.

There are many outer celebrations of this Bicentennial Year, but this day shall go down in the Annals of Spiritual History, for I have come with a Special Message from the Sun behind the Sun - the mighty Alpha and Omega. You know that the Focus of my humble self in the Harbor of New York has meant much to peoples of every Land, and as they have touched these shores, so many have bowed their heads in deep gratitude for being permitted to come to the Land of Freedom.

It has been my privilege all through the years to send the Radiation of God Liberty and Freedom into the hearts of all who have come from other Lands, and that Light which I have had the privilege of igniting within their beings is going to blaze forth in greater and greater measure from this day on.

Every heart shall know what it means to stand on this sacred Earth... the place from whence the Spiritual Hierarchy sends forth its greatest Light. Beloved Shamballa's Light encompasses the entire Planet, but the pulse beat is in these United States of America. I shall now tell you what we are accomplishing - I say accomplishing today!

Accompanying me from the Temple of Liberty have been mighty Legions of Liberty, and they have come to place within your hands and hearts the TORCH OF LIGHT which each of you shall carry until this Earth is Free in her Ascension in the Light.

Thank you for standing, please be seated, for that is only part of today's activity.

Our Beloved Master Saint Germain, how he loves this country, and he counts on you, our blessed chelas, to send the Light of Freedom all over the world, thus the Angels from the Temples of Violet Fire, who have come this day, are saturating all the waters around Manhattan and Long Island with the activity of the Violet Fire. I do not indicate that they will walk through the waters, I mean that the Violet Fire surrounding this blessed land will blaze at all times, and joining with the Light of Transmutation from the Heart of the Mighty Pelleur, this land will receive a blessing from the Heart of Freedom.

I counsel you, each and everyone, to remember my words and know that your Freedom in the Light, the Freedom of all the evolutions on this Planet is dependent upon the use of the Divine Alchemy of Transmutation, and to whom do we owe that boon? To our blessed Saint Germain, Bless his holy name.

We shall count on you, I feel sure we can - to remember that God's Will for this dear Earth is Perfection. God's Will shall be accomplished through the Divine Alchemy of Transmutation, and then the First and Seventh Rays shall join to form a mighty Bridge of Light, and over that beautiful Bridge of Light - all of humanity will walk into the Ascension in the Light.

Feel, my lovely ones - feel the activity of the Ascension Flame, and know that all of Heaven's sons and daughters love you, each and everyone in the same degree. Remember, too, the various Beings who are assisting in this Transmutation. I suggest you turn your attention now and again to our Focus of Liberty in France, and think of the lovely and powerful Lady Rowena who is the Hierarch of that Retreat, and know she receives tremendous assistance from her Divine Complement, the mighty Victory. Do you not see how all the Services of the Spiritual Hierarchy join together for the Freedom of this dear Earth. Freedom from all that is less than Perfection, into the Christ Estate.

Beloved ones, I would like to add that the Beloved Holy Æolus loves you beyond your present comprehension. He was the first to say "My chelas are the Disciples of the Holy Spirit".

I want you to realize, too, that standing with me upon this platform is the Blessed Paul, the Maha Chohan and Beloved Serapis Bey, each enfolding you in the Love of Heaven. Love which embraces the Tolerance of the Holy Spirit. I counsel you, dear ones, in the expanding activities of Light which are taking place that you learn in greater measure the Gift of Tolerance. Tolerance for your fellow co-server and for the man who, for the moment, may be in the gutter. Who knows what great Light burns within his heart, and perhaps all that Light needs is a heart prayer for the blessing of the Holy Spirit which is within his heart to come forth and raise him from the consciousness which is less than Perfection into the Consciousness of Divinity.
