On this the Feast of Cosmic Expectancy, I bring you the buoyant feeling of the Resurrection Flame which we are experiencing and taking into our Beings at this mighty Assembly of the Spiritual Hierarchy, at the glorious Focus of the Resurrection Flame. Please be seated.

There is an accelerated feeling of the Flame of Expectancy as we anticipate the benefaction to the Earth and her evolutions in the celebration of the Resurrection of our Blessed Master Jesus on Easter Morn. This feeling is amplified by the fact that the chelas who are tuning into these Classes have raised their consciousness to the point where it is possible for them to be the recipients of the activity of the Resurrection and the Life of their lower garments into the Christ Consciousness.

When the Master Jesus, the Blessed Micah, speaks to you in the morning, we humbly pray that your feeling worlds will accept the Consciousness of the Christ, and sustain it, so that the Golden Man will be in full control from that moment forth.

Chosen of the Lord, I give you that designation - for you have stood at the Throne of your Christ Self and humbly vowed to relinquish all authority you have formerly given to the human... in so doing, you are among the 'chosen ones'. Without any hesitation I state - you CAN BE the Christ as the anointing of Micah, the Angel of Unity, fills your beings tomorrow morning.

Yes, we have said this was possible on other celebrations of the Resurrection, however, you have now entered and sustained for longer periods the feeling of the Christ Consciousness.

I wish to dynamically impress you that when the Beloved Jesus gives you this extraordinary Blessing, when he comes into your midst, that this Christ Estate can be a sustained consciousness for you - according to your acceptance.

I refer not only to the chelas present in this and other Sanctuaries, but to all who are tuning in to this Class, and that Radiation will flow forth as a Universal Outpouring.

Because of the special Blessing which you will receive from Beloved Micah, I enjoin you to prayer fully prepare your vehicles for "The Coming of the Lord". (Pause)

The beauty of this evening's assembly is one of the most soul stirring an individualization of the Father-Mother God could witness. We see the glorious Holy Æolus, mighty Vesta, all the Members of the Karmic Board, who incidentally have granted a special Dispensation for the activities of Easter Morn, feeling that the chelas have reached the consciousness for the Anointing they will receive. You have, individually, appeared before this August Council and have been judged READY!

The beautiful Madonna Mary, Raphael, the Angel of Consecration, beloved Gabriel, now serving as Co-Hierarch with Lady Mary, all the Chohans, many cosmic guests, known and unknown to you in your outer consciousness are present, and of course, special mention must be made of our Lord and King, Saint Germain. This is an especially important time for the chelas of Saint Germain, as you will be apprised by our Beloved Jesus.

The Majority of the Guests are attired in white. Beloved Mary's gown is adorned with Easter Lilies on the skirt. This reminds one of the designation which has often been given her as 'Madonna of the Lilies'. As she walks the Lilies embroidered on the gown move as though in a gentle breeze, for the dignity and the grace of this beautiful Lady is unsurpassed. This gown was presented to her by the sisters of this Retreat as a token of their Love.

With the predominance of the Mother of Pearl Substance representative of this Focus, one sees an exquisite aura of Violet in varying hues, which permeates the entire Retreat and extends all through the mighty corridors.

The Flame Room in the center, is decorated with the Easter Lily, whose perfume fills one's being with ecstasy, and as I am speaking to you, the Angelic Host are singing glorious Melodies of the Spheres.

I have requested - that this message be given to you in the early part of the Class in order to convey to you the magnificence of this evening's ceremonies thus raising your consciousness to the level where you will receive the greatest benefit there from.

The amphitheater represents a beautiful Spring Garden, with unfolding flowers on tree and bush, which should give all who come here the feeling of HOPE, that Quality which comes with the Springtime and the magnificent outpouring of the Resurrection Flame.

For the entire period this Focus is sending forth its amplified Radiation, the Master Jesus will sustain his luminous Presence in the amphitheater. He will be seen holding a Holy Grail, or Communion Cup, from which all humankind are invited to sup. This is a glorious sight, one of the most beautiful expressions the eye or heart could behold, and Beloved Jesus anticipates that many will bend the knee to the Christ within, and in so doing drink the glorious Elixir, which will charge their beings with the true feeling of Resurrection.

When the Flame of Resurrection is sent round the Earth, Beloved Aeolus will stand with Mother Mary, Gabriel and Jesus to give the added impetus of his mighty Love to the outpouring.

You will remember that it was the Cosmic Holy Spirit who inaugurated the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony. None of the chelas have realized the resultant benefaction to this Planet through the Love and Wisdom of that great Being. 0, my dear ones, kneel within your hearts and send your gratitude to the magnificent Cosmic Holy Spirit.

As this Mother of Pearl Flame covers the Earth this evening, it will be accompanied by the Angels of Resurrection - who will send their radiation into every heart in, upon or around this Planet, to convey to all the feeling of the approaching Benediction which will flow on Easter Day.

Beloved of my Heart, humbly contemplate the privilege which is yours to be able to participate in these Transmissions of the Flame Ceremonies and reverently anticipate the emergence of your Christ Self on the morn. Lovingly surrender your consciousness to the Christ within and experience the sublime feeling which is part of that Holy Consciousness as you surrender your ALL on the Altar of Love.

In closing, I repeat the statement:

"YOU ARE CHOSEN OF THE LORD".

To you, Beloved Liberty, Silent Watcher of New York. To you who have covered your celestial eyes so that you need not look upon iniquity, to you - whose shining pinions have been folded long about you, as in self-chosen exile you stand. Your radiation alone keeping the souls in this metropolis from the second death! Oh, Liberty! I bring you news from home! I bring you love from God, the Father. I bring you a crown woven out of the garlands of the flame flowers of the Sun by the hands of your own mother, and place it upon your brow.

Would that these children might know your watchful, constant care. How often have you breathed hope into their hearts in the night when, seemingly alone in the confines of their solitary chambers, there was despondency. By how many bedsides have you stood, in how many brothels. Oh, Liberty, Daughter of Heaven, I bring you love from home. I bring you courage. You shall return. One day from among these very people there shall arise one who shall stand guardian over the New City that will rise in great perfection where New York City is now standing, and into my own arms, Oh Child of the Father, shall I take you.
