Beloved Saint Germain

In the true sense of the word, you are my Heart Friends on Earth. Through the years I have stated what the designation "Friend" means to me, and again with all the Love of my Being, I open the Door of my Heart and bid you enter. There was such a magnificent celebration of the Bicentennial on Independence Day and we are utilizing the joyful energy which was released.The Legions of Transmutation and Purity were present at all events where large numbers of people congregated for these festivities, and we are most grateful for the alert chelas who asked for these Legions to purify the energy released during these commemorative activities... and I assure you these calls went a long way toward purifying the Heart of this dear Earth - the United States of America - and for the truly glorious manner in which the peoples participated.
You realize it has been ordained these United States of America shall lead the way in the Unity of Nations - through example in the Government and in the daily living of her people. Similarly I stood on the deck of the Santa Maria with Faith in my Heart for the Project encountered - the Discovery of the New World - with the Nina and the Pinta following in its wake.
Now, does THE BRIDGE TO FREEDOM, the Divine Ship of State, lead not only two other ships, but the many - by reason of the Cosmic Energy flowing from Shamballa - charting the course for others to follow - bless be the holy energies being so released.
On the Fourth of this month - as our Blessed Godfre told you in the Transmission of the Flame release, I had the privilege with the Beloved Goddess of Freedom of ringing the Bell which signified the Era of Freedom for this Planet. We were so gratified that some members of the communities on Long Island were among the first to tune in at Inner Levels, and following that initial pulsation of the ringing of the Bell of Freedom, bells were rung all over this Island - and our gratitude knows no bounds for the manner in which all the locations in these United States participated in the Bell Ringing Activities - as well as the participation of other Nations in "OPERATION SAIL" - and in other ways.
Mere words cannot express the Gratitude of all of the sons and daughters of Heaven for all the Harmony which was released. The Illuminated Displays at night held the attention of the masses and these spectacular releases of Light provided us with tons - yes, I say tons of glorious, harmonious energy. I am grateful to tell you that the Beloved Micah (our dear Jesus) and Blessed Surya were able to bring closer together the peoples of the Earth. The release of the Virtue of Liberty through the magnificent Representation of the Beloved Lady in the Harbor of New York was soul-stirring and shall continue in accelerated manner.
I pray that the feeling generated on this Cosmic Day shall continue as our Chelas remain in the Higher Consciousness which they now enjoy!
Let us now turn our attention specifically to the Planet in her entirety . . . Generally I refer to her as the Sweet Earth, and truly that is the way I always see this Beloved Star.
To have the privilege of being the Hierarch
for the Seventh Ray Cycle is a tremendous responsibility, as I am sure you realize. Just a few years ago it was difficult to hold One's Consciousness to the Divine Perfection ordained, in order that the Earth would be able to take her rightful place and move with the other Planets in the progress of the System.Seeing, but not permitting the imperfection to register in my Consciousness was no small feat . . . and today I can say with a thankful Heart that all bodes well - for the Inbreaths have proceeded thus far without incident, through the cooperation of the faithful chelas.
Wednesday, just passed, we know that all creation has a tone, but when you think of seven suns and forty-nine planets releasing the most beautiful music as they follow a Cosmic Edict, it would almost stagger the human consciousness to even conceive the magnitude and magnificence of this celestial outpouring of Harmony.
I have told you this for the specific reason that I desire to commend you, my dear friends, for I wish you to realize that you actually participated in this Cosmic Activity through the Decrees and Music released in conjunction with this Divine Order!
We train the chelas always with a specific reason in mind, naturally knowing what is ordained to take place. When we brought the movement of the Planets to your attention through the Inbreath, it was because cooperation was essential.
We do not idly use our words . . . each Message released has a definite pattern which fits into the overall Pattern. And it goes without saying that we, as you, are responsible to the Cosmic Law for the investment of our Energies . . . the blessed Essence given into our keeping by the Supreme Source of All Life, for dispensation in enriching the Earth and all her evolutions to outpicture the Divine Plan of Creation.
How many prayers I have said on your behalf, invoking the Cosmic Heart of All Life, hoping that you would heed our words and follow through on the assignments given. Yes, these are assignments in which you are given the Divine privilege of taking part . . . through past service in this and other embodiments!
We counsel you from time to time as we feel you need a little prodding, to "take time to be holy". Every day when I enter the Great, Great Silence I send forth a prayer to the Father-Mother God for our Chelas... that you will take some time to contemplate how richly you have been endowed by their Love. In so doing the Gifts of the Creator will take on a greater meaning to you and your consciousness will accordingly expand.
Will you now please stand as I repeat a Proclamation which I had the sacred privilege of issuing on July 4th...
"On this the Fourth of July, in the
Year of Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-
Six I, Saint Germain, do proclaim
this the Day of Spiritual Freedom for
the Planet Earth!
Standing in the ethers above the
Capitol, in Washington, D.C., with a
Mighty Assembly of Cosmic and Ascended
Beings, My Beloved Portia Goddess
of Freedom, and I do ring the Sacred
Bell of Freedom signaling to all Life that
THE AGE OF SPIRITUAL FREEDOM has come!
Hear ye, O Children of the Almighty -
Hear ye the Bell of Freedom and keep
Its tone pealing throughout all lands!
From this Day forward the vibratory
action of all Life on this Sweet Earth
shall be accelerated... Ring, Ring,
Ring the Sacred Tone to all Life
everywhere. . .
You are Beings of Cause alone...
and that Cause – LOVE - the Sacred Tone!

And now you will hear from my Beloved Portia . . .
"Our so gracious Saint Germain, courtly Being that he is, reserved the privilege of making a Special Announcement regarding the Independence Day Celebration to my humble self, so I shall now proceed... (Please be seated)
Children of Freedom, Children of the Light, I, Portia, enfold you in the Love of Heaven, and while all those assembled here in Washington, D.C. are bowing their heads and sending a prayer of gratitude to the Creator of All that is for this mighty Day... a truly, wondrous Cosmic Moment . . . I have a little story to tell you . . . very brief, yet very important . . .
Our Beloved El Morya, Chohan of the First Ray of the Will of God, one of whose assignments pertains to the Governments all over the Planet - came to Shamballa and conferred with Lord Gautama . . . and truly Lord Gautama does love this Earth for you well know he qualified, through Love, to be the Lord of the World . . . he listened attentively to what El Morya had to say, and then off goes El Morya, like a flash of Light, to the Central Sun, where he received acquiescence to his Plea.
Then El Morya came to us - the members of the Karmic Board, and said "May I offer my all on the Altar of Love in order that this Planet may be purified more quickly! Oh yes, I have been around asking various Members for assistance - Lord Michael, Beloved Conrad and others . . . you know, all the Beings in Heaven's Realms are aware when I am wholeheartedly serving in a Project I do not let go."
So I, Portia, shall now tell you what was granted . . . First, I must address Saint Germain for this has been a closely guarded secret, if you can call it such...
Oh my beloved, blessed Saint Germain, Ruler of the Planet Earth, I have a Dispensation to Grant this Day . . . a Dispensation which we, the Members of the Karmic Board, did not have to deliberate at great length - and that Dispensation is . . .
The Government of these United States of America has had twenty-five percent of its Karma transmuted this day - 25% of the karma of this Government has been wiped from its slate - through LOVE - and to every Government throughout the Planet ten percent has been transmuted. (Please be seated)
This was done, Saint Germain, because you Love this Planet, as do all in Heaven's Realms and the chelas on Earth, because through your magnificent Grace and Blessings, you have showered them with the Gift of the Violet Transmuting Flame.
Blessings children of Freedom, All Heaven loves you . . . the Blessings of my humble self who speaks for the Karmic Board . . . the Blessings of all Beings assembled here in Washington, D. C. - at Shamballa, and throughout the Planet be upon you.
O, before I close, I must tell you that when the Bell was rung signifying spiritual Freedom for this Planet, a Ray of Light came from Shamballa's Heart, directed by Lord Gautama, into the Washington Monument, and there now blazes from its apex, the Eternal Light signifying FREEDOM FOR THIS PLANET. Thank You"

As I conclude this Message I say - GOD BLESS AMERICA, for in so saying, I bless this Planet and all life thereon . . . for the Heart, which is LOVE, embraces the entire Planet!
In true reverence for the Light which blazes in your hearts and which is also in the hearts of all - the so-called great and small.
Let us now silently send forth a Prayer of Gratitude for being the instruments through which the Divine Blessings of the Almighty flow to enrich all the children of the Supreme Source . . . for all Life is ONE - a living organism in the Heart of the creator.
