Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for your presence here. Please be seated.

As we move forward into a new cycle, let us more forward in the Light of Understanding and Tolerance, all embodied in Love Divine. You are closing your books for the Year 1982 and I may say with deep gratitude that your service has been well performed.

As we step over the threshold into the New Year I want you to understand all that we give you will be of a very much higher vibration and you must be tolerant with your fellow travelers, after all, you are the keeper of your own feelings.

Let us now see a great Scroll unrolled and on that Scroll is the Divine Plan for the coming year and I wish you to look upon your Book of Life as an opportunity, a wonderful opportunity to advance in consciousness where the little self has no part in whatever you do.

It is imperative, my dear ones, that you realize after these years of training that you must be ready to change your habits, your way of thinking, in order that you may carry out your Divine Plan. I assure you with deep, deep love that the forth coming year is going to be one of dramatic change. You are moving from the primary grades to much higher teachings and I want you to understand, and I use the word “understand" advisedly, that it is imperative that you accept that which we present to you.

It is not mandatory but if you wish to carry on with us at a higher rate of vibration you must be willing to accept the changes which shall be made. Now I suppose you think this is rather of a stern way for the Lord of Love, my humble self, just one Being in this Universe who radiates love at all times, to speak to you. But it is essential that you change your concepts and learn to follow the Path we present to you, and if it is not of your choosing ¾ well, you will have to remain in the elementary grades. It is quite possible, according to your acceptance, that we will have two different schools of thought presented here. We do not expel you.

Please do not think I AM inferring that, but you must pass the tests which are presented to you. Understand, dear ones, that we cannot hold back the Higher Teaching because some few do not agree with what we have to say. "Oh," you say, "we do agree". At the moment we are talking to you, yes, but it is love and love of all you do of every radiation, your feelings and your thoughts and your deeds must be one of a peaceful, harmonious radiation to bless all Life.

You know the condition this planet is in and it is imperative that those who walk with us give us every assistance so that we may release more and more blessings to this sweet Earth.

You have done well so far but more is expected of you in the years ahead, beginning with this year. You know I love you. I have loved you through the centuries and I bless every ounce of energy you have expended at any time to bring more love to this planet. But this is very crucial time in the Earth's evolution and it is necessary that I be very, very outspoken in what we must accomplish.

Think of what is going on in this planet. You know the forces that are rampant that must be dissipated. How? By the radiation of love. Not a word need be spoken but from the innermost reaches of your being send love — love — oh love to all Life. Oh, children, you know not. You cannot even envision or feel the love that I have for you and I shall through all eternity bless you as do all of us, who send the radiation from Venus and those Venusians Who are on this planet Earth. I'm so grateful for what you have done but remember the Blessed Angels from our Star Venus are always at your call.

They are traversing the Earth always and give forth their love and blessings to help you. Isn't it nice to recognize them and say, "I bless you. I thank you for helping me to fulfill my Divine Plane." No words are necessary but the feeling of Love Divine, which is necessary. When we come right down to it Love is the very heart of this Universe, for in Love everything is possible. I know you love Life but your love must expand to greater proportions and I AM sure that I may count upon you as do all my conferees in the Spiritual Hierarchy.

You know, we tell you from time to time of the Great Beings who beam their attention earthward and why do they do that ? Not only to see what is going on, they already know that, but through their attention upon this Earth and your acceptance of their radiation, you are greatly assisted. As you pour a drop of cold water into a cup, and more and more and more till the water becomes crystal clear, until the cup overflows and that is what we are trying to do to assist you — to fill your Cups of Light — your beings with the essence of Love Divine, which embraces all qualities. Do you not realize that?

Children, children, this is not a lecture. This is just a heart-to-heart talk to dedicated followers who have been with us through the centuries but this is a plea from my Heart that you will keep on keeping on. I must tell you that many are the tests that will be placed before you to find the strength of your spirit — the tempering of the steel as it were — the strength of your great God Presence "I AM".

How I love you! I could talk with you for an hour telling you "I love you", but what I want you to do now is just to feel the outpouring of love that is coming, not only from me, my humble self — one cell in this great Universe — but from all Ascended and Cosmic Beings who are dedicated to restoring this planet to her original state and on to a higher vibration into the next orbit.

I know you will help us by achievements of your service to make that transition into the orbit where she belongs. Even now there is pulsating in the ethers the Divine Idea which we hope in the not too distant future, to lower, and I do want you to know that your hearts will be so grateful that you have a part in this transition. I now bow to your Light and introduce to you the Great Angel of Restoration. So, be quiet for a moment... Perhaps we may have a little music to change the vibratory action...
