Beloved Immaculata:

In the Name, Power and Authority of the Supreme Principle of Life, I stand before you this month in Service with Lord Raphael and Mother Mary, and, having received permission from the God-Parents, I shall flood humanity with the Reality of this planet's Perfection which I have held so long.

This Sacred Trust I nurture is not just a mental concept, but an all encompassing, complete, experience, bathing all the senses in the Joy, Freedom and Perfection the God-Parents intended for every person, place, condition and thing associated with this planet. The Immaculate Concept is the apex of Beauty and Order measured by all things spiritual. Think on this for a moment; the glory, the infinite goodness the God-parents would want to manifest and sustain for their own children of creation.

The Immaculate Concept is an experience of God. It vibrates in all the colors, sounds and fragrances of the Godhead, pulsates through all the God Qualities in the Realms of Holy Spirit, and is the actual substance of the Divine Thoughtform in the Realms of Ideation. We have tried to raise your spiritual senses to the point where you could perceive this experience, and eventually live within it, incorporating it into your expression of life on this planet. This advancement of your lifestreams is our consecrated service this month.

Over the past three years * (The Master asks that you review the Assimilations of April ‘82, ´83 and ’84.) Lord Raphael has been preparing the chelas for a complete acceptance of their own perfection and that of this planet. I have assisted in this preparation from within the silence, working with Lord Raphael, Mother Mary, the Angel of Restoration, Lord Gabriel and Lady Hope, beloved Krishna and many others. I silently project my reality of Earth's Immaculate Concept into the combined efforts of all the Spiritual Hierarchy but especially on the Ray of Resurrection, for all the perfection humanity seeks is already here in my heart; as has been said, "is now and ever shall be, world without end, Amen".

With the opening of the flood gates of Compassion this year, "I AM" desirous of you feeling deeply your Oneness with all humanity to further the simultaneous Resurrection of their spiritual freedom. In your own mastery of Compassion, raise them by the power of Love's vibration into the Reality you abide in. This is the eternal work of the Christ in action. I shall blaze into your emotional vehicle this month, Consecrated Love I know for this small but sweet planet.

I shall, with the assistance of Lord Raphael, Mother Mary and the Angels of this Brotherhood, create in you ’outposts' of the planetary Silent Watcher, by completely aligning your mind and heart, at their core, with the perfection of this planet... that which you are here to regenerate, restore, resurrect and now liberate into the hearts of humankind.

Allow me to give you a visualization of Lord Raphael and Mother Mary working together this month, mixing the Sacred Rays of Compassionate Love with the Power of the Resurrection. See within a gigantic glowing ball of Light the mighty Angelic Presence of Lord Raphael, assimilating and expanding the Resurrection and the Life of the Immaculate Concept of this planet. Here at the blazing White Center of this Resurrection Activity, he draws the Christ Self of the entire race of humanity and the entire elemental kingdom, to fully experience a resurgence of this Truth in their being. Around this activity, beloved Mother Mary weaves a Mother of Pearl Radiance filled with the Compassionate Love of her heart. Within it are the entire Seven Ray vibrations of the feminine principle, creating a 'cradle' for the planet, made from the Holy Essence of the Cosmic Mother. And in this secure Love the planet shall dwell until the good in all humankind is resurrected from their Higher Selves through the outer consciousness and their hearts become filled with Compassionate Love.

On a scaled down activity for the chelas, Angels who train at this retreat under these Cosmic Beings shall work with each chela individually. Standing with you within a glowing ball of restoration's Light, a mighty Angel of Resurrection shall assimilate and expand through you the Resurrection Flame... in Unity you breathe the Fire Breath of Holy Spirit, resurrecting your divinity. Together you become sons of the Fire Mist - the Holy Light. Around this activity shall a cherubim of Compassionate Love weave the comforting, protecting substance that shall sustain you in your own Immaculate Concept through the Power of Consecration to these forces of Light.

Feel to your depths the dedication and devotion these Angels have in service to your lifestream. You vibrate with the same spiritual conviction and commitment at your Heart Center. It only needs liberation and application through co-service with the Angels and Elementals to make it real for you in your outer awareness, becoming the sustaining drive in your own spiritual development through this embodiment. We offer the resurrection of all of this for you during this retreat cycle. And we eagerly await your acceptance.

In the Temples of the Sacred Heart, there shall be a very powerful service of Compassionate Love for the Sisterhood of the Sacred Heart shall bring to these foci as many of humankind as possible, in their etheric vehicles, to be immersed in the Sacred Heart of Love resurrecting the experience of being completely secure in the love of God. Repeating this throughout the month, many of humankind may then be willing, in their outer consciousness, to liberate themselves from the self created prisons they have built around them in reaction to fear and insecurity. Remember dear chelas, the consciousness of separateness remains the fundamental illusion that allows the human condition to thrive on this planet, when it should have been removed long ago. The greatest measure of your impersonal compassionate love for your fellowman would be to prove through manifest example the Law of ONENESS, the complete and eternal infallibility of "I AM" Consciousness. Love shall reawaken in humanity the assuredness they all knew with God in the beginning. It lies deep in the core of everyman. Now it shall be liberated in their hearts. Because many of the chelas already sustain this Consciousness of ONENESS, they will be allowed to serve in their finer vehicles in the Sacred Heart Temples, as the shepherds of the race that they came to this planet to be. Here is an opportunity to reclaim many, many lost souls back into the Heart of God.

Throughout this month, as a model for all humanity, there shall be a blending of the service of the three Kingdoms, the Brotherhood of Angels here at the Resurrection Focus and at Sacred Heart Temples, the brotherhood of chelas (representing humankind) and the Elemental Kingdom, my humble self included.

You have heard the plea from the great Spirit of Resurrection that now is the time for humanity to join with nature's natural acceptance of the Resurrection currents and revivify the glory of your own Christ Self and Causal Body in service to the Ascended Masters, just as the Elemental Kingdom does in leaf, bud and flower, literally resurrecting their glory into the world! Why wait, when 'the Promised Land' you seek is yours to abide in NOW?

The Angels, who live in it continuously, shall prove this to your inner nature during April. And I will personally amplify your creative centers of thought, feeling and action with the force of my Light, my vibration, my energy, all of which is ONE with the original Divine Plan of the Earth as given into my keeping by the Solar Logos at its conception. Accept this and together we shall resurrect in humanity a tremendous longing to restore this planet to the perfection she IS! and Liberate the human family!

El Morya has stated that your divine plan is now One with the Divine Plan of this planet! Therefore you and I are ONE. This month we have an opportunity to manifest this ONENESS spiritually, within the Divine Light of the Resurrection Activity. Consecrated to the Resurrection of your Immaculate Concept, "I AM"...
