My Beloved Chelas of Light,

It is always an honor to serve and it is My prayer that―in this year of Divine Illumination and Wisdom―I may assist all of you in receiving a deeper and more profound understanding of the teachings you have been given over the years. I come to you as Chohan of the Second Ray, and as such, I AM both Teacher and Friend. It is My hope that we shall draw closer together in friendship, getting to know each other, as we serve the highest good of all life on Earth.

Between friends there are no secrets. So, I wish to speak of matters close to My heart. Rest assured, I will share with you whatever knowledge I can, especially that which will help you move forward upon your path. In this respect, I lovingly request that you examine your own mind and feelings, and let go right now of all things that are no longer useful to the healing and illumination of your consciousness and that of the Human Race.

In these times, We of the Spiritual Hierarchy are speaking to you of Divine Principles. We are teaching you to take responsibility for your own individual selves in a more comprehensive spiritual manner, because you are being prepared for your full Ascension in the Light. This cannot take place if you allow yourselves to get caught up in details that relate primarily to the quality of curiosity, otherwise unimportant to the issues at hand. I AM happy to report that subjects about which you formerly displayed such interest have become of less importance to you, yielding to the Heart of Divine Principle, in which you were spiritually conceived and born.

All truth is given through the I AM Presence and released from the Holy Christ Self within the heart center when your consciousness is prepared to receive. Even if a person is not yet highly evolved in spiritual understanding, he generally recognizes that, when he receives a revelation, it did not come forth from his own outer thinking. As a chela, you will observe more and more evidence that all humanity is awakening to the truth of their own inner Divinity and recognizing that such truth and knowledge emerges from deep within the recesses of their own beings and worlds.

As this century draws close to completion, there will come to be less dependence upon the leaders and teachers outside of one's self, and more and more looking inward. In general, people will become more "in-dependent" and less afraid of expressing their own ideas and opinions. Also, more exchange of ideas and knowledge will take place in group endeavors and there will be more respect displayed between all individuals involved.

Family life will again become more important as a focus of group endeavor. Along with this, the development of the children and youth of the planet and their welfare, will be a primary and ongoing focus of attention.

Beloved friends, I wish to make it very clear that these statements are not My predictions, but a report of progress made as a result of your work as Our chelas. The spiritual education of children, youth and their families shall always be a primary focus for Me. This is one of the most prominent needs on the planet and I ask that you keep it always in the forefront of your attention and service.

The groundwork for the teachings that are being given now has been laid not only during the previous century, but during the one now drawing to its close. One of the problems that sometimes occurs is a tendency to re-establish old patterns of service, some of them fraught with many 'rules'. Difficulty may be experienced in letting go of such old familiar patterns, even when new methods and ideas could help the forward movement of the race immeasurably. This often becomes the test of many otherwise spiritually advanced. lifestreams, especially in group work.

I ask those of you, who are serving with Us consciously from the physical plane, to truly listen with your hearts. Hear the importance of the teachings that are being poured into your uplifted Chalice of consciousness and through it to the awakening masses during these times. Remember―no matter how much you already know or have accomplished―there is always a new opportunity before you. Do not miss it by letting yourself be bound only to that which has already been taught and done. Ask instead: "Beloved God Presence, what is my next step? What would You have me do?" Ask to see the Divine Principle involved and when this point is clear in mind and heart, move forward fearlessly. Remember, as We also move forward, We stand beside you to help you do likewise.

Many of you have seen Me at inner levels carrying a golden watch. This is a sign to My students, a symbol of My presence with them. It means a number of things. One is to remind you when it is time for you to take a specific action on the physical plane. My Watch will help you accomplish part of the Divine Plan you came to fulfill as a representative of the Great White Brotherhood.

Another meaning is simply to remind you that I AM watching your progress and working with you at all times and without fail. An important part of Mastery is the reliability of the Master to the student. It is necessary for you to know that I pay attention to your needs as you develop. Also, it is to teach by example, so you will do likewise to those who now come to you for understanding and assistance. Thus, I AM not merely 'watching you', but I AM also watching over you with love.

If I should offer you a golden watch of your own, this carries a meaning that may be known only between us, and must be kept within the Silence of your heart.

I wish to make clear that the closing cycle of this century is a time of the most profound and intensified teaching to Our chelas that has ever taken place from the higher realms. This is to prepare you and all light-workers on the planet to act as reliable guides for the mass consciousness. It is not a signal that 'time is running out' in any sense of the word. This cycle is especially for 'teaching the teachers', and your help is deeply needed. We count upon you to act on Our behalf in the world of form and in the lower astral realms as well.

Beginning this year and from this time forth, you will walk the Buddhic path. However, before enlightenment may come, the Christ Flame in your heart must be awakened and acknowledged as the Master Teacher of your lifestream. Then, the Christ Flame must be drawn upward and merged with the third eye chakra. The third eye chakra must be opened fully, which means it must be once more united with the crown chakra energies. As you know, the crown chakra is kept completely protected and absolutely pure by the I AM Presence, and may be opened only by that Presence. We will be assisting you in the fuller understanding of this process, and of the meanings of the use of these chakras in perfect concert.

In preparation, it is of the utmost importance that you keep your attention focused upon the use of the Violet Transmuting Flame at all times, using it before you do anything else in your daily activities. This New Age of Spiritual Freedom is that of the Seventh Ray, and nothing comes before that fact. No Ascension is possible for anyone and the planet Earth, unless the Violet Flame is utilized in Its fullness. In the physical realms, the Violet Flame is the revelator to all life that will prepare the Earth and set it free.

I ask that you use My personal Flame as your example, realizing that the radiance of a Flame precedes the activity of the Flame Itself. My Flame is Golden with a Violet Radiance. I say to each of you, develop a radiance of Violet around your own personal Flame, whatever It may be. The Ray from which you come matters less at this time than the service required to the Seventh Ray. The Violet Flame is the One that clears the path before you, opening the way for your gifts to be fully released to the Earth. Every chela who came in with this knowledge and for this reason, is prepared to serve with Saint Germain. Every one of you will gain your ascension based upon your use of the Violet Fire and the intensity of the Violet radiance around you when you 'come Home to go out no more!'

You will work upon the lower astral planes, a task in which many of you are already involved. As you do this work, you must have the understanding of how to protect and purify yourselves. You are Our emissaries, and work as the extensions of Our consciousness on behalf of the Earth.

To summarize: Let go of curiosity about unimportant points, and ask always: "What is the Divine Principle involved here?" No matter which Ray you personally serve upon, remember it is the Age of the Seventh Ray and you have come to serve It first.

Keep your thoughts and feelings purified by the Violet Fire of Transmutation and let your goals be lofty, as you hold the Golden Chalice of your consciousness high! Together with the members of the Great White Brotherhood, I shall pour forth all the abundance of Love, Wisdom and Power at My command, with joy for the opportunity to work with you.
