The Shamballa Letter

VOLUME 20, Number 14                                                                                                                      April 2, 2001

Beloved Students of Light,

It is my hope that by now you have become well acquainted with several of the tools necessary for spiritual preparation such as invocations, decrees, affirmations and visualizations. So let us continue by focusing some attention upon ways in which you can assist not only yourself but others with the divine gift of protection.

If you will recall in Volume 20, Letter Number 4 of these teachings I stated: "...just as the angels will be there for you, you can call forth the blessings of protection for others." I then went on to say: "In fact, as a chela of the Ascended Masters, this is part of your service to life." And indeed it is! During the next several weeks we will look at some situations in your home and family relationships where the gift of protection can be very helpful and used to expand your service to life.

Let us first look at what you can do for your own home. Everyone has probably heard the saying: "Your home is your castle." What does this statement mean beloved ones? Do you know what a castle is? By definition a castle is a fortified building or fortress which serves as a retreat, sanctuary and refuge to keep its occupants safe from intrusion, invasion or harm of any kind. Many castles around the world have very thick stone walls that climb high into the sky. They are surrounded by a deep moat often filled with water, and the only way into this stronghold is over the drawbridge which the inhabitants have complete control over who can enter their personal domain.

Now, either physically or through the power of visualization look at the exterior of your home. It probably doesn't look very imposing or impossible to enter does it. In fact, in all likelihood quite the opposite is true. Most people want the outer appearance of their home to project the appearance of hospitality and welcome.

So the question then becomes; how can one fortify and protect their home without distorting or losing all together the outer appearance one has worked hard to create? By using the tools mentioned above to create a forcefield of protection around your home that nothing less than the Light of God can enter.

I AM Kuthumi
