My Beloved Chelas:

On this Holy Day, dedicated to the celebration and veneration of the Feast of Pentecost, I give to you, my faithful ones, important instruction which, if used, will do much to forward your Spiritual progress and the well-being of your vehicle.

The Breath of God is the Secret of Life. The Initiates in the Retreats throughout the world, within the period of an hour, are enabled by proper breathing to rebuild their bodies that have been through the rigorous discipline of advanced initiations and have become emaciated and run down thereby. Many chelas can take the Breath and concentrate it in the earlobe or through a forefinger and sustain it there until it can rebuild diseased or destroyed cells into perfect manifestation.

Practice the deep Breath - breathing in as much air as your lungs will hold and then, lovingly and gratefully, feel that air press down through the trunk of your body, into your lungs, arms and feet, out through your arms and up to the top of your head, and just hold it there as long as you can comfortably retain it. While the Breath is in the body try to visualize that added Life which is in the air within your lungs as pure deep gold. Then let the Breath out very slowly and deliberately, controlled, not all at once. Feel it leaving the tips of your ears and the inside of your scalp first, and then draw it up from your toes, through the calves of your legs and through the trunk of your body, back into your lungs, and then gently but steadily press it out from your physical vehicle.

If you will do this just four times to begin with, it will give you more rest than a full night's sleep.

Try this, dear ones, (gently at first) feeling grateful and loving towards the Life-Giving Breath always, and see if it will not give you tremendous exhilaration and a sense of renewed strength. I might add here the importance of remembering, too, the power of the spoken word - which is vocalized Breath.

Love and Blessings,

THE MAHA CHOHAN
