Children of My Heart: 

Since we have now entered the Seventh Cycle of Manifestation, the Divine Will for the Planet Earth has ordained a new vibratory action which will pass through the inner bodies of the people and which will form the pattern upon which those bodies mold their individual creative activities in the New Cycle. As a leader of the orchestra conducts assembled artists and as they follow his slightest gesture in the rendering of a musical composition, so must the mass of mankind, whether they will or not conform to the vibratory action of the New Cycle when it has been established in full through the conscious efforts of those dedicated to the fulfilling of God's Will in the New Age. 

Mankind, from the beginning of time has questioned, sincerely and otherwise, as to what is God's Will. The outer man is so opinionated and confused by the temporary conditions of the third dimensional plane that God's Will cannot fully enter the intellectual consciousness. Thus in every Age some Great Being, usually the Chohan of that Age has chosen to overshadow one of his pupils to establish the fundamental vibration of that Age in the Inner currents of the mental, etheric and physical atmosphere of the Planet - as all mankind's mental, etheric and emotional bodies are One, those Inner currents established by the Divine Beings form a pressure which begins - to affect the unfoldment of the Race though they are entirely unconscious of the process behind such change. 

The time when the change from one Age to another takes place is a most difficult one both for the Masters in charge of the superseding cycles as well as for the humanity of Earth, who feel the restlessness due to change of vibratory action, but do not know what is behind such inner stirrings of their subtle vehicles. 

The vibratory action of the New Age must be established by the Chohan (in this case Saint Germain) but the drawing of enough energy to not only form a balance for all mankind's energy put together, vibrating at a lower rate, but to over-balance that energy and to become the inner pressure which is the directive intelligence of the New Thought and Feeling that will predominate during the Cycle. 

All God Energy to manifest in the Third Dimensional Plane must come through some individualized Being who volunteers - and Saint Germain is no exception because of his Divine Task. He must draw from the Great Central Sun, the Masters, or the people of Earth, enough energy to form the axis of this New Age, and to keep it vibrating until all signs of passion in the bodies of the people is superseded by LIGHT. That is why people like yourself are of such inestimable assistance to him, because if you can encourage secure lifestreams to pour their energy into his Divine Task, you make his sacrifice easier and make the accomplishment towards which he aspires speedier in its manifestation.
