Beloved Chelas: 

It gives me great pleasure to introduce to you the Spirit of the Year 1968, the Beloved and Beautiful Lady Felicity. 

The Spirit of the Year serves with and under the direction of the Planetary Silent Watcher, Immaculata, holding always within her Consciousness the Divine Plan for this Earth. 

Reference to your dictionary will show you that Felicity means "a state of being happy; that which promotes happiness, success" and many other fruitful expressions of this positive Quality. 

When, in your daily application for the purification of this Earth and her evolutions, you give recognition to this magnificent Being, you will find that your Service will take on a more buoyant quality, and the release of this happy feeling will do much for the raising of the vibratory action of your own lover vehicles. 

There is opportunity in the release of every minute particle of God's Holy Energy which is given to you so freely, and the wise chela, availing himself thereof, will find that he is going forward with an acceleration heretofore undreamed of. 

When the Lady Felicity learned that I was going to specifically present her to you today, she wished me to convey her Love to you - and her Radiation, along with Mine, flows to you abundantly now and through the Year of Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-eight.
