My Children of Light: 

Every Ascended Master and Cosmic Being has a beautiful rhythm established by his voluntary use of the Holy Breath. This rhythm, which carries his cosmic tone and keynote into the Universe, is a positive means for distinguishing the Radiation which flows through the chela once he has become acquainted with the substance and feeling within that rhythmic breath. 

When the attention goes to any member of the Ascended Host, the beautiful rhythmic pulsation of the Master's Consciousness begins to flow through the vehicles of the chela and that pulsation sets up a new or expanded pattern within the emotional, mental, etheric and physical bodies - giving that one a most marvelous 'treatment' and enabling him to become one with the feeling of the Master while that connection is maintained. 

By turning your attention to any of the Spiritual Hierarchy, you can be the recipient of the beat of Cosmic Energy waves completely distinct from your own vibratory action which can prove to be a great source of illumination inspiration and encouragement. 

The rhythmic pulsation of your breath will enable you to plunge into the Cosmic Rhythm of your own lifestream and thus it will be easier for you to penetrate the higher rhythm of the Universe, for in that elevated rhythm, there will not be the pulsation of the resistance which still remains in your lower vehicles. 

The chela will find, through balanced elevation of his consciousness, that the Cosmic Blessings and Virtues which he enjoys in the Higher Consciousness will find freer and more frequent expression through his lower vehicles which have become accelerated with the Godly pulsations contained within the Holy Breath.
