Beloved Ones: 

I have been closely examining the Soul Light and Purpose of my chelas, and "I AM" grateful for your kindly consideration of the instruction which it is my privilege to release to you. 

There is a point of Law that I would like to bring to your attention - it is a very important one… 

The instant a Master turns his attention to you, his Energy flows to you, so the moment this BULLETIN is released into the physical appearance world you, dear chelas, are tied into my Being and the instruction which it contains and you are the recipient of the BLESSING therein. According to the qualification of the Energy given so freely to you do you enrich the Universe. 

In the above you have a very simple example of the Oneness of all Life. One individual's energy is constantly affecting that of his fellowman and, in turn, all life. Energy is not static; it is vibrating with the qualification which everyone in the Universe puts upon it. 

The point to bear in mind is that YOU are responsible for the manner in which God's Holy Energy flows through you, and according to that qualification do you write upon your own Book of Life. As the energy flows through your lifestream it is stamped with your electronic pattern and wise is the chela who releases God's Energy in a constructive manner, to bless all life. 

You are aware of the foregoing but I again present it to you so that you will 'keep on, keeping on' in bringing more Light to the Universe, the Planet Earth in particular.
