The Shamballa Letter

Beloved aspiring Hearts of Light: 

Since it was my great privilege to serve as the Maha Chohan for this planet for so many years prior to succeeding to the Office of the Cosmic Holy Spirit, I would like to refresh your memory regarding the activities entailed in dispensing the Sacred Prana… the Holy Breath… 

The Third Person the Holy Trinity represents the activity of all life connected with the planet and the activating force and power by which ideas become actualized. The Forces of Nature require the actual substance of energy from the Holy Spirit to precipitate growth in form; the Builders of Form require that substance to vitalize such a physical body. There is no manifest thing in the Third Dimensional Plane that can pass through the veil from the unseen to the seen except it is projected by the very Life of the Holy Spirit. For instance, an idea in the mind never finds expression in the consciousness of men unless the individualized lifestream uses the Life of the Holy Spirit to clothe that idea in work or action! 

The complexity of the service of the Third Person of the Trinity would stagger the mind of the outer self, but all the motion and action in the world of form is dependent upon the Presence of the Spirit of Life… the bird on the limb of the tree draws on that Life and sends it forth in song; the flower draws on that Life and sends it forth impersonally; the child draws on that Life and sends it forth in laughter. The absolute Life within that Spirit of Life allows it to become all things to all men, but the unhappy part of this beneficence is that the individual intelligence using that Life must render an accounting for it and that is why Life in itself is such a relentless teacher. 

When the great Chohans wish to intensify the unfoldment of an individual chela, They apply to the Maha Chohan for a greater gift of Life which they take the responsibility of qualifying with certain beneficent radiations… and if such a request is granted the Maha Chohan must draw that Life from the Universal Fount and literally sign for it before the Cosmic Law! The Chohan in turn also signs for it when the Maha Chohan gives it into his keeping, and every word that he writes – every bit of counsel that he gives – every visitation that he makes – every bit of radiation that he bestows comes from this precious grant and the response of the individual lifestream will determine whether his Faith and Trust and Investment are worthwhile.  

You will see then how difficult it is for one in the position of the Maha Chohan to make such a grant to a Lord of Love, because his concern is not alone with the evolving lifestreams yet wearing garments of flesh, but with the Chohan who risks all and sometimes gains nothing. 

I present these facts to you so that you will more fully realize the tremendous Service of the Maha Chohan, sending your love and gratitude to him, not only for his service to you, but to all life… for truly without Breath there is no Life!
