Beloved Ones,

We have been learning about discrimination in some of my letters to you. Discrimination is an important aspect of Truth, for without it; many a good and sincere chela has been turned from the Path of Light! One of the most difficult levels of consciousness to recognize lies within the astral realm. Within that realm, which is invisible to the human sight, lie all manner of influences, which affect all human life - over and over and over again! This realm, interpenetrating the physical, contains all the riptides of human emotion which have ever been created through the misunderstanding - and the miscreation - of the race consciousness. Dwelling within this realm are all the thoughtforms and incomplete ideas of mankind. Also, so-called 'earthbound entities' dwell there between embodiments, amidst all their attendant unfulfilled desires, hoping that a sensitive person on the physical plane will complete their tasks.

When I speak of 'earthbound entities', I do not refer to either the 'sleeper's realm' or the 'compound', which - as you are probably aware - were abolished many years ago, through the sincere calls of the chelas. I will address the subject of the astral realm at a later time in much greater detail, as it is of prime importance that the understanding of our chelas be greatly expanded regarding it. I refer specifically to the laws of attraction and attachment which are a part of the human ego, and also are under the control of free will, which - as you know - exists in all realms where individualized consciousness abides, and not just in the physical world.

The astral realm is the realm where 'spiritualism' originates, and many people believe - in all sincerity - that communications and directives received from the astral realm are emanating from the Octaves of Light. That is why it is imperative that our chelas learn the true art of Spiritual discrimination. 

A true Master inspires you! There is neither fear, darkness, despondency nor pain within the directives of a true Ascended Master. There is a test which is tried and true, and that is the test of the Violet Transmuting Flame. When you feel a directive is given to you, or when you read or are told anything that purports to be 'truth', ask that it enter and stand within the Transmuting Flame. All Masters of Light not only use the Transmuting Flame, but they have no fear of it, knowing it to be a mighty Power of Purification! If you do this, you will find that an error in thought, understanding or directive will not repeat itself, for it will be returned to the Source of All Life for repolarization.

An Ascended Master will stand in the Flame, and speak from its very center, because a True Master, wishing neither to control, deceive nor mislead, enters your consciousness only by permission of your individual Presence of God "I AM". Stand now within your own Sacred Three-fold Flame, and test the Truth of My words!
