The Shamballa Letter

Beloved Friends,
The Great Council Chamber is almost filled. The Chohans or their representatives are all here and seated. Beloved Chohan Hilarion is seated in the same section as I Am. Directly across from us is an identical section of seats. Like this section, it has full view of the two arcs of chairs where the Karmic Board and the Sun Gods and Goddesses will sit. Both of these areas are reserved for the Elohim, the Archangels, the Chohans, and the Great Directors of the Elements.
The Great Ones who attend each Council do not always sit in the same seats, although they often sit in the same sections. As I have explained, the Chohans may choose to sit with their chelas. If the Archangels or their Divine Complements feel the need, they may also join the general assembly in the main auditorium. Usually, as the ceremonies get under way, the reason why a particular Being of Light is seated in a specific area of the Great Council Chamber becomes apparent.
Beloved Archangel Michael is almost always present. The Teton Retreat is the physical location upon the Earth where he first descended with the Manu and the Holy Innocents, acting as their Protector and Guardian. For this reason, there is a tremendous force of energy anchored here, and it is greatly intensified through his Presence. As you may be aware, he made a vow to stay in the atmosphere of the Earth until every lifestream belonging to Earth's evolution is fully ascended and free. It is due to his great radiation of Love and Constancy that many of us have dedicated our energies to the children of Earth, as well.
Tonight he sits across from the Section in which I AM seated, and all of the Archangels are present with him. From left to right as I view them, starting with Michael, they are seated in the order of the Rays they represent. It is interesting to note that their Divine Complements are seated in the last rows of the general assembly in the main auditorium, rather than in the front with the Archangels.
Each Archaii is seated behind the chelas of their respective Rays, starting on the left with the Blue Ray. Lady Faith is seated in the same section where El Morya's representative and chelas are. In the next section, where the representatives of the Second Ray of Illumination are seated, I see Lady Constance. In the third section, Lady Charity is seated behind the chelas of the Third Ray of Divine Love, including Beloved Serenity and her group of students. The chelas from the Ascension Temple are in the center section of the main auditorium, and Lady Hope has joined them, sitting in the last row as the other Archaii have done.
Beloved Mary, the Divine Complement of Archangel Raphael, has asked a representative to serve in her behalf by sitting in the back of the general assembly where the members of the Fifth Ray are seated, so it is obvious that some specific activity is planned. Her representative is robed in vibrant green, as are the others in that section tonight. Beloved Donna Grace is seated behind those who are attending from the Temple of Peace, and other representatives of the Sixth Ray. Holy Amethyst completes the outer circle, as she sits in the last row of the section farthest to the right. This is the section in which Saint Germain's representative and those attending for the Seventh Ray are seated.
If you could look down upon the entire assembly, the area would appear as an open fan, moving from Blue on the left through all of the colors of the Rays, and ending with the Violets and Purples on the right. The radiation is beautiful.
Absorb this feeling and radiation of the Great Teton Retreat Council Chamber, and the love of all those who gather there for these meetings of Cosmic import, into your minds and hearts. Each time you visit in consciousness, it intensifies the Bridge of Light you are creating through your loving attention. Over this Bridge, you may travel into the Heart of this mighty Retreat of Light.
