The Shamballa Letter

My Beloved Friends,
It is not by coincidence that the Karmic Board convenes on December 25, the day of the Feast of the Angels, and remains in session through the first day of the new year, when their decisions regarding both our petitions and yours are handed down. It is also not coincidental that, at the same time, the conference at Shamballa takes place, bridging the completion of the old year and the beginning of the new. These activities; the meeting of the Karmic Board, the Feast of the Angels and the Conference at Shamballa, are closely allied. They involve the energies of the Angelic Kingdom, the Ascended Masters, Cosmic Beings, and all of our chelas.
Beloved Serapis Bey has told you that he hopes your gifts will be your precious life energies given to support the healing of the Earth. I wish to tell you about the Angelic Kingdom and their gifts given to you during this special time. The Feast of the Angels is not the time of their harvest, but one of rejoicing and giving. During this time, all the Angels of Heaven - legions upon legions - reach toward the Earth to touch the hearts of mankind with the full momentum of their Love and Joy. This they do with the great desire to increase the capacity of the members of the human race to accept and express the feeling nature of the Father-Mother God more fully. Their very presence and love bridge the gap between the Octaves of Light and the unascended beings on the Earth, creating the circumstances through which greater unity may take place between us. Through these gifts, the Joys of the Ascended Realms are poured forth to the humankind of Earth and avenues of expression are opened to our chelas that may be of special help to the planet.
Both the Petition Classes at Shamballa and the Conference of the New Year form the receptacle, or chalice, through which the gifts of the Angelic Kingdom and the gifts of the Karmic Board, in response to our cooperative work, may be given to all the life on planet Earth.
I would like to assure you, each one that you are very much a part of these activities, whether or not you are able to be present at Shamballa in your physical vehicles. When you attune yourself to the classes as they take place and anchor the Light in your location, the illumination is expanded throughout the Body of Light on behalf of the entire planet. The work you do in your locality expands the capacity of the chalice and offers a special opportunity for the Legions of Light to increase their radiation upon the Earth in far greater measure than you may be aware.
Prior to the conference held at Shamballa, I ask that you examine the agenda received in your Journal and take time to attune your consciousness to as many of the classes as possible. There are several ways in which this can be accomplished. You may choose one or two presiding Masters to whom you feel especially attuned in purpose. On the days of those classes, you may set aside some extra time of solitude, participating through decrees, silence, visualization, or a combination of these activities.
You may decide to increase your time in the Silence during the entire Conference. While in this state of contemplation, you may use the activity of the Holy Breath to inbreathe, absorb, expand and project the radiation of Light from Shamballa, allowing your Inner Christ to lead you through the work to be done.
You may choose to take part in strengthening the Protective Circle for the Sanctuary at Shamballa, using the Seventh, Fourth, and First Rays to purify, consecrate and protect Shamballa and the chelas who will be working there during the Conference. This preparatory work is very important, and your assistance is appreciated.
Of special importance to the work at hand is the Supplement Class that is held on the morning of December 31. The class, which will be dedicated to beloved Gautama this year, will combine the energies of all chelas of The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom, sending the energy in ever increasing intensity, completely around the Earth. The expansion of the Healing Power that shall be poured through the Body of Light to all life is beyond your comprehension, for it shall be intensified with the full momentum of the entire Brotherhood, and many Great Ones, whose names may not be spoken. We look forward to the participation of all members of the group upon that day.
However you choose to participate in the Conference, know that you are held within the loving radiation of all of us in the Octaves of Light, as we usher in the new year of 1994. We love you, dear friends, and we are grateful for every opportunity you afford us to radiate the Light of our Father-Mother God in the manifest world!
