Beloved Chelas, 

I come to you again, as you have completed the activity of the Wesak Festival in May. You know that all is in Divine Order and your participation and initiative in the expansion of the great Light dispensed by beloved Lord Maitreya now flows freely through the Earth, blessing all life. He continues to add his full-gathered momentum during a great part of this month, intensifying the attributes of the Christ in each one of you, actually working through your outer personality. This is a tremendous opportunity for the externalization of your individual Divine Plan, and I counsel you to meditate upon the Presence of beloved Lord Maitreya often during this time. 

I wish to discuss with you the meaning of the word 'initiation'. The word bears a message. To initiate another individual is to introduce him - through ceremony - into a new step upon a particular path. But what of the initiate? Initiation is not merely a process that is given, but one that is also received. Whenever you receive an initiation, you are given the power to activate a new understanding or insight received in and through your life. The very power of manifestation rests in the hands of the initiate. No longer do you have to wait for the Master to do something for you, but rather, you may now act in cooperation with the Master in his or her behalf. Is it not wonderful? 

How long we have waited for you, our blessed chelas, to understand, accept and take initiative for the powers of God so freely bestowed upon you. 

We have now entered into the vibratory activity of the Temple of the Cosmic Holy Spirit at Shamballa. Also, as the beloved Karmic Board convenes near the end of June at the Great Teton Retreat, know that the Cosmic Highway between these two Temples is open. This, beloved ones, is the Heart Line, and you may travel upon it freely, as you take initiative for whatever is required in the masterful use of your energies, according to the insights of your heart. Be alert! 

I want you to know that those of us who are your Sponsors are aware of the great staying power required as you continue in the work of true mastery. My own Light is amplified by the gratitude and love I feel toward you in response to your listening and obedient hearts. Thank you, beloved chelas of Light, for your loving work with us.
