Beloved Chelas of Light,
The chelas and light workers, who came before you, laid the groundwork for everything that is taking place now. The work you are doing , listening with your hearts and following the sacred Star of your own Beings, is strengthening and expanding the Body of Light, thus preparing the Earth and the entire Family of Man for the spiritual steps to come.
The chelas, many of whom are the Guardian Spirits of the race, enter the Earth in groups that I shall call 'generations'. Each generation of chelas prepares for the next, by building the foundation for the steps that will be required. In this way, you will see that each generation of chelas, accomplishing their work, represents a specific step in the evolution of the race.
The energies of the Wesak Festival every year provide an avenue through which the energies of the Octaves of Light - particularly those of the Cosmic Buddha - may flow in a greatly expanded way, into and through the Body of Light to the children of Earth. Even though this is an ongoing opportunity offered to the chelas, there are certain moments in time when specific outpourings may take place, the nature of which cannot be immediately revealed to your outer consciousness.
There are a number of reasons for this. One is that these outpourings - prepared for and expected by you at our request - also provide a means by which your spiritual perception, obedience to inner guidance, and understanding may be both tested and verified by yourselves. This knowledge will, if rightly understood, increase your faith and confidence.
Recently, a major shift in the axis of the Earth took place. This was accomplished with minimal discomfort for all involved. For these shifts to occur, preparation takes place in and through the consciousness of the mankind of Earth. At all times, those who have chosen to work for the good of the whole - a small percentage of the total mass consciousness - make the effort to lift the masses to their next higher stage of evolution. Whenever this is accomplished, a shift is allowed to take place in the four lower vehicles of the Earth, herself, and in all her evolutions.
The spiritual group consciousness, which forms the Body of Light, acts as the radiating vehicle of the Cosmic Christ. Stepping down the Enlightenment received, it radiates the sum total of its illumination downward to the mankind of Earth. This Light passes through the next groups qualified to act as receivers and transmitters, who then dispense whatever they may receive and understand, to those below them in spiritual consciousness. This step-down of vibratory activity continues, so that all levels of consciousness are offered the opportunity to be raised, each individual and group according to their choice and ability.
This offers an opportunity to elevate individual spiritual consciousness to a far higher level, to all who perceive the possibility and choose to take this step. Thus, the Body of Light will receive the additional members required, as each 'generation' of chelas moves forward into higher service.
The Light, itself, is never allowed to be contaminated by human consciousness, for it can only be used to the degree it can be understood by those who receive It.
The generation of chelas to which you belong has taken a major step, the magnitude of which is immeasurable to your outer consciousness. You are now working actively, constantly and consciously, within the Body of Light, preparing the Family of Man to truly work as a united force of God Consciousness, who, in time to come, will consider the highest good for all as a matter of course. As you were informed during the recent Conference, Lord Maitreya is working with each of you who so desire, to complete your initiation into Christ Consciousness, just as he worked with Master Jesus during the previous Age. Truly manifesting the Gifts of Christ Consciousness, you will be fully prepared to act as Disciples of Holy Spirit.
This has meanings which may be discussed as we go forward in our teachings. However, the main point to remember now is that the Holy Spirit represents the full outpouring of the Causal Body, made possible through Enlightenment. The Gift of the Christ is the Love of God, and the Gift of Buddhic Consciousness is the merging of the Mind of God with that Love. Beloved ones, with this knowledge in mind, you may rightfully declare: "I AM an open door for God's Limitless Faith in man and man's returning Faith in God!"
Beloved Master Kuthumi, before whose Light I humbly bow, shall continue to teach and advise you. He will tell you many things that will prove invaluable, as you serve as our hands and hearts upon this precious Earth. Know I AM always with you, and I love you.
